A few simple yet super effective feature which customer will find value from: 1) Right now, the Full name associated with an Hubspot account is shown in the Chat App is that person is part of the support/sales team. This can get tricky for the simple reason - Many names are hard to pronounce and not everyone gets them right the first time. Solution: An option to tweak the name as it appears in the Chat App. Give us the ability to add/customize a name as deemed fit by the user. For example:My name is Sandesh and i want the name to appear as Sandy in the Chat App. This make it easy to remember and interact from the customer's point of view 2) Personalized chat experience - Drift has this feature and it's super awesome. My clients were soo impressed just by this. I send my website link through an email, and when the receipent clicks on the link, he/she is greeting by their First name in the Chat App. Now, who dosen't love this? The Drfit App extension is added to gmail and drift tracks the name mention/addressed in the gmail and add that name in the Chat app when that click is clicled. Many of my clients were Wowed! and they wanted to know how am i being so personal even with the first timers 3) Meeting Links - Right now i can only add the complete link to an email. Receipient need to click on that link which opens in another tab, select the date/time, add first name, last name, message and click on confirm. Ufff.... How about this: Using hubspot extension, i select a few dates/time, which is then added straight to my email. The receipt just needs to choose a date/time right in the same email and confirm. Only the confirmation/success message is shown in a new tab with a personalized thank you. For example: Thank you Shelly, your meeting is now confirmed. Meetingbird already has this (they got acquired by Front and sadly sunsetting it) The above 3 pointers are just tweaks needed to the already exisitng tools. I believe this does not require a great amount of energy, resources or money to it go live. All that's required from Hubspot is - Use centricity, Customer obsession & Uniquness (which i believe is already engrained in Hubspot DNA)
