Hello - we are having issue with links opening up files that our contacts submit with the request for quote form. The form submission goes directly to our estimating area who are not users in Hubspot. We used to be able to have them simply click on the link and it would open the file. Now, one of us HS users has to look up the contact, find the file that was uploaded, save it to our internal network and then forward back to the estimating area. This is counterproductive. Any chance we can have functionality worked in so that a file that is submitted over a form like Request for Quote can be opened by someone who is not a user in Hubspot? ... Mostrar más

We need a way to access the Hubspot User Permissions by API or Webhook.  This info would be sync with other internal systems, but making Hubspot the owner of that information - quite similar to what is available at Salesforce Roles.  ... Mostrar más

I would love to see the option for using group policies for different users. atm the administrator has to make sure everybody has set the same options for notifications etc.. I would like to be able to see a summary of the activity that all the employees(contacts) associated with a company have engaged in right from the  company profile. It would be helpful to see an overview of all the activity that contacts related to one company are doing in the company profile so I don't have to go into the individual contacts to figure out all the engagements one company has had with our business especially when I have 30 contacts for one company. ... Would love to have the ability to change the fields that the form on a Hubspot video collects. Right now it defaults to first name, last name, email. The current quotes work amazing when it comes to emailing links. I like the feature a lot and it makes a ton of sense from a tracking perspective.   The one issue our Sales Team runs into is when the end user (customer) does not allow for such systems. We deal with the armed forces quite often and they ask for a PDF immediately. I know you can download it later but it would be nice to have a feature to automatically attach a PDF version to the initial email you send rather than a link.   When I click on generating an email after I am done with the quote, it inserts the hubs link (rather than the name of the quote, which is also a nuisance) but it would be nice to have an option that says something like: attach as PDF or attach as link (or both).   This would allow our Sales Team to send the email with tracking while also providing our customers a PDF copy right out the gate rather than having them to open and click "Download". ...
