We are trying to create a company report or view, that shows the most recent note create date for that company, so we can see when the last note was added for the company. In Knowledge Base, each articles has links to related articles at the end. These links are made with javascript + redirection to the final URL. It's not recommended for SEO compared to a normal <a href="final URL">Related post title</a>.   Unless there is a reason why it's set like this, it would be nice to change this feature to improve the link building between articles. ...その他を表示

We are using hubspot to create quotes.  Unfortunately, when we want to add articles from the product library to a specific quote, the list can only be sorted by name or price. Other columns which have been added to a list/view which has been saved don't appear, although the view itself does.   This makes creating a quote unnessecarily complicated, because you either have to browse your whole list of products (we already have divided it in two categories) or you have to search for the name of a specific product. Wouldn't it be easy to show all the columns of a view that has been saved beforehand? Different views (parts of the whole product list) are shown, but the columns are not. ...その他を表示
