When you have two companies that you know are the same and need to merge them, the easiest method is typically to click the copy url icon from the company object.   HOWEVER, when clicking copy, HubSpot preends "https://" to the URL. This is fine for most purposes, however when you go to paste that url in the merge duplicate records pop up, it cannot find the company. You must remove the "https://" before it will find the url. Bulk merging companies manually can be extremely frustrating when they have very similar names. Company ID should be able to be used when locating the company. You can already do this with Tickets, why not with companies?   This can be helpful when there is no company url and/or there are many companies with similar names. When completing and saving a call in HubSpot, users have the option to create a follow-up task directly in the call window. However, if that step is missed and the call is saved without a follow-up, there is currently no way to create a task later that’s formally linked to that specific call activity.   While you can always create a task under the Tasks section or on the contact/deal record, it will not be associated with the original call - which breaks context and adds friction to follow-up workflows.   What would be awesome: A “Create follow-up task” option on the call card within the contact/company/deal timeline.   This would allow users to: Add a follow-up task at any time post-call. It would be incredibly useful to have the option to toggle between days and hours in the "Activity Date" filter — or any date filter, for that matter. Not every task or follow-up operates on a daily timeline. Some activities are time-sensitive and need to be actioned within hours.                 Currently, when setting up "Tracked Terms" in the Call Setup section, each term must be entered manually, one by one. This is inefficient and time-consuming, especially when working with longer lists of relevant keywords or phrases.   Today, with the help of AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot, users can easily analyze transcripts and extract lists of key expressions, even generating synonyms or alternative phrasings of the same concept. This makes it faster and more intuitive to build a comprehensive list of Tracked Terms based on real conversations.   However, HubSpot doesn’t currently offer a way to paste or upload multiple terms at once in the Call Setup area. For the longest time we would be able to send a meeting request to a customer and it would save the information so if I open the "meeting" tab again all the information from my previous request was saved. This was very beneficial when we had to send multiple meeting requests back to back. It seems this feature is no longer available and has forced my team to go back to Outlook to send these meeting reuqests. The downside to going back to Outlook is you lose access to all the great features of meetings though HubSpot such as the reminders, being able to use snippets in the "info" field and so much more.    Please bring this feature back!!  ...
