It would be great to look at a contact and see which emails and messages e.g. SMS or Whatsapp they are currently scheduled to receive e.g. marketing emails, sequences and which automation/workflow they are triggered by.   This would allow our customer success team to know when is a good time to contact them and also allow our marketing team to see if someone might be scheduled to get many messages at once.   Even better would be the ability to modify these e.g. if you notice too many comms, could you reschedule some or even opt the person out of getting that specific message/email. ... I am hoping to have the ability to associate subscriptions to a deal as I am creating the deal.  I am looking to create deal based workflows that pull from e-commerce subscription information and it would be beneficial to be able to associate the deal to a subscription on the "create deal" form versus retroactively going into the subscription and associating it to the deal I just created.  So, for example... in the image below, under "associate deal with...Company & Contact" it would be great if there was a "subscription" drop down available as well.  In theory, when creating a deal based workflow, this would allow me to set deal based enrollment criteria based on associated subscription information (i.e. next billing date, billing frequency). ... Dans les 2 modules :  one to one  & Sequence Il est possible de changer la couleur des liens hypertextes lors de la conception de l'email (pris en compte sur le template). Pour autant, lors de la réception de l'email (sans même en cause le type de boite email, gmail... ou autres) et de l'affichage sur la fiche contact ce changement n'est pas pris en compte à ces 2 niveaux. De ce fait, les liens restent bleus. Et donc rendent un email, pas trés qualitatif au niveau marketing. Techniquement, c'est simplement une erreur de code, puisque c'est bien géré au niveau des emails marketing dans hubspot. I have two versions of my website available in different languages, both of which are already published. Currently, I am missing the ability to automatically transfer changes made in one version to the other. Ideally, this would be done including the existing AI-powered translation feature to ensure that the content & text in both versions stays up to date and correct. Short: Any changes made to one language version of the website /subsite should automatically or via "cloning"  be reflected in the other language version, if wanted. Bonjour à tous, depuis moins d'un mois, nous avons migré vers HubSpot pour notre processus de prise de rendez-vous. (Formulaire envoyé au lead + intégration des formulaires sur notre site internet) Depuis cette migration, notre taux de convention sur notre site internet a nettement diminué... Cela s'explique par un problème d'affichage que nous n'avons jamais rencontré avec notre autre outil de prise de rendez-vous ( Callendly ) Un de nos prospects nous a envoyé un message pour nous dire qu'aucun de nos formulaires de prise de rendez-vous sur notre site ne marche. Hi everyone, I'm trying to find out if it's possible to pause a HubSpot workflow so that a person (e.g., a manager) receives a notification prompting them to make a decision, and the workflow continues based on that decision. Here’s the specific scenario: A contact enters an automated workflow. At a certain point, I would like the workflow to pause and send a notification to a manager (or another person) asking them to make a choice (e.g., select between two actions or approve a certain step). Depending on the manager’s response, the workflow should then proceed in one direction or another. Is this type of scenario natively possible in HubSpot? If not, what would be the best way to set this up? I’ve thought about using a custom property that the manager would fill in, but I’m not sure of the smoothest way to implement this. Hi HubSpot team,   I'm looking for a feature that allows the customization of line item properties in the quote editor. Currently, when our sales team adds line items to quotes, only two product properties are visible: Name and Price (see attached screenshot). 🚨 However, we'd prefer to display Name and Description instead, or that we are possible to choose which 2 (or 3) Product Properties are visible here. 🚨     I reached out to HubSpot Support, and they confirmed that this isn't customizable at the moment. They suggested we search for product descriptions through the "Manage Product Library" function, but that adds extra steps that our team would prefer to avoid during the quote creation process.   This functionality would be extremely useful for us, as it would streamline the quoting process and provide more relevant product details at a glance.   Is this something the HubSpot team could consider adding to future updates? I believe it would be beneficial for other users as well, especially those handling detailed product descriptions in their sales processes.   Looking forward to hearing from others who might find this useful and hoping the HubSpot team can consider this for future improvements! We would like to see the internal name when we add a product to a quote (see printscreen) . Now that isn't possible. We now only see the 'name' and 'price'.
