I have a few automations set within HubSpot. I notice that the automation isnt set for a specific type, for example, I will spend the morning clearing my tasks to move onto something else, near thr end of the day I will check my tasks and a number will appear. Ideally it would be good if the automation would allocate the tasks in the morning so you're aware of the tasks ahead of the day. - It would also be good if you could stop them automating over the weekend (schedule them for the next working day).   It would also be handy for the 'overdue' tasks to carry over into 'today's' tasks to avoid them being missed ... In the report: Tasks incomplete assigned to me by due date there are several date ranges for the due dates of tasks.    We would like to see the tasks that are either overdue or due today in this report. Preferably, that would mean having a rolling date range of 365 days.   Here's the issue, rolling date ranges won't include today's date.  The alternative is to have this year so far (and have "Show entire year" unchecked) - which works fine now when we are in December - but as soon as we enter 2021, this filter is useless and needs to be manually updated.    The idea is to have Today's date included in the rolling date ranges. When someone who is an existing contact in HubSpot fills an enquiry form currently the properties of the form ie name, phone number, client number etc make changes to the contact on its own.  this is a big risk as someone who gets access  to a contacts email can then make changes to the profile with us and we would not know and it is rarely that someone checks properties of every contact.    This is a major risk raised by our team as we deal with investors funds and this could impact our 3 point verification and make payouts and could be a reason we decide to exit HubSpot     My recommended solution: when a form is submitted by anyone a ticket is raised without changing the contact properties on its own, the Hubspot user can make the change if needed.    ... We are constantly looking at ways to grow and develop our sales team and get them to think creatively and would love to have the ability to create a internal popup that had several check boxes that a sales agent could fill in while talking to a client and would then populate onto their contact record in the CRM. We have contacts dating back almost 20 years in our CRM and currently there is no way for us to delete a bad email out of the account without deleting the whole contact unless we have an alternate. This "bug" is completely ridiculous for us as a company when we rely on information and people change email address' so regularly especially with the change over in employment with everything this year. The likelihood a client would interact with us again with a different email is high and yet if we delete their contact we have no history of previous sales with this contact. Add a 4th circle on the contact and company records on the app to log a meeting like you can on desktop that will have the multiple outcome types available or add the outcomes to the "log: meeting" as a second step.   2. Currently HubSpot Starter does not enable to display a simple graph with total number of contacts in each Lead Status (while this is possible with Lifecycle Stages). Could you implement as this is really basic ? This shouldn't be a Pro feature for such a simple graph. ... Mostrar más
