Right now it's extremely limited what we can do when assigning tasks out via workflow.   You can make tasks due immediately, however you can't make them due on business days only You can make tasks due on business days only, however only at set times, not in 1 hour, 15mins etc. from creation date.    This results in reps feeling at times that due dates are not fair, making overdue task reports less effective. ...read more

It would be great if you were able to search for forms using the unique form link. So many times I get requests to update forms and I am sent the form link. The person sending it to me doesn't know the form name and I don't know which form the link refers to. I'm in the process of moving my landing page forms from Unbounce to Hubspot and have loved what they've provided with the exception that I can't post form fill data to my final thank-you page. This has been an important feature for me as I want users with free email domains freely filling out the form (which the Hubspot domain blocker does not allow) but I don't want them to be counted as conversions in my ad platforms. So I had used a customized ad conversion snippet that didn't count conversions if the url contained '@gmail.com' for example which it would because the Unbounce form appended the completed form data to my thank-you page url. I’m currently dealing with the following challenge at work: For context, we have multiple teams set up in HubSpot, including our Maintenance team and over 20 branches. The issue is that we have a Maintenance pipeline for building maintenance tickets, which both the Maintenance team and our branches need access to. We also have a separate pipeline for invoice entries, where both teams also need viewing and editing permissions. However, for the Invoice Entry pipeline, I don’t want the branches to see each other’s tickets or the Maintenance team’s tickets. But for the Maintenance pipeline, I need the Maintenance team to be able to view all tickets from every branch to manage their requests. I recommend expanding access permissions by adding more configuration options for pipelines, team hierarchy, and other related settings. It would be helpful to have the ability to assign chats to a team or contact owner directly from a workflow. Currently, this option does not exist, and if a user is deactivated or deleted, all their chats remain unassigned.
