Here's a proposal for PRO and higher accounts to study ROI & Revenue in depth: As we can already see in the ads screen in HubSpot, there's the ROI & revenue information about the campaign. However, this information only exists in this section and cannot be extrapolated to other fields. It would be interesting being able to track the ROI from other campaigns such as UTM, even if we have to introduce the payment we've made for that specific campaign. This information should be visible in its specific screen (UTMS, campaigns, ...) or being an analytical tool, in order to keep all the information about our work in HubSpot.

Our company is desperate to get all activity in associated contacts, companies, deals, and tickets to stay in the activity log to reduce some of the communication breakdowns we have had in the past. The desktop version of hubspot does a great job of crosslinking all these to keep the activity feed associated, but the phone app is not giving us the same options for our sales and operations who are working exclusively in the field on their phones. These associations are not getting captured and now the same activity feed is breaking down. Miscommunication and not seeing phone calls and emails in our activity feed is wreaking havoc. Please help!

When inserting a picture in an e-mail, allow the user to select which area of the picture that should be displayed / inserted like you are able to do in Moosend.

The Marketing -> Emails settings has the option to separately activate email open tracking, click tracking, or both. For one-to-one tracking, there is only one activation button to track both emails and clicks. This was discussed in this post. I would like to know if my emails have been opened but I find it embarassing to send these sidekickopenxx.com links to my leads. So it would be nice to be able to activate email tracking and click tracking separately. It would also be nice to be able to activate these on a per-email basis in Conversations. This is already an option in the chrome extension.

It would be great if our customers would be able to see an overview and history of all their tickets and including a ticket number, status, ticket owner name, title, and dates. So that they can go back to their tickets or see the status of their tickets. A great example is for example HubSpot's Support Inbox or the Inbox we use to also manage the Chat feature as it's easy to navigate, filter, review, and also give feedback of our different support team members.

Purpose idea to allow preview email blast for draft blogposts before publishing blogpost article. Similar to how the preview of blogpost on the webpage is done. Reason being to foresee any mistakes regarding image or title placement before sending to our clients.

It would be great to add a select all button for testing all email clients. It's too time-consuming to click each email client. Or, at least add a select all button for each browser/android/ios version.

Scenario 1 - On this page, the "Don't send to" drop-down shows all my lists. I am anyway not sending the email to any of those lists !! So whether I select any list from this second drop-down or not it doesn't matter since I am only sending the Newsletter to the list I selected in the first dropdown. So logically it doesn't make any sense to provide all the lists & contacts when I am not sending the email to them anyway...Hope you got it. Scenario 2- I don't want to send emails to a few of the contacts from the list I selected but I don't remember them. So how I exclude them? Well, I have to open another tab and go to the contacts of the list that I have selected, note them come back to the previous tab, and enter those selected contacts in the second drop-down list to exclude them !!! Idea: To make it more logical for Scenario -1 and convenient for Scenario -2 please provide the second drop-down(Don't send to) with the contacts showing only from the list selected in the first drop-down(Send to). In this way, it will look very natural and save time & effort for all the users facing Scenario-2. Please simulate the Scenario-2 to help you understand it. Thanks & Regards Munavvar
