In our team it would be so helpful to be able to have notificacions when we have no longer scheduled posts in a social media platform. Our sales team are using scheduling posts to maintain certain activity in their linkedin profiles but they are not in the Hubspot Social Media Tool every day so it would be a great advice for them. ... I was just hoping to give some feedback on the queue function   I really like it but it completes tasks when i would rather reschedule them.  I only complete tasks when they are truly done- otherwise I just reschedule it. So getting in contact with a client might stay a task for months until we actually connect.   I would like the queue to give me an option to reschedule rather than complete the task upon sending an email. we have contacts for vendors and manufacturers that need to be accessed by every user. if the users only have access to their own and teams, then they can't see the contact when it is being auto assigned to the person who had the last activity and is not on their team. There should be an option to turn off the auto assignment from an email level, but still be able to track the email in HubSpot to that contact. ... Mehr anzeigen

As we have" Marketing bounced email" property in Marketing to track bounced email, it would be easier if we have something similar in Contacts too. The contact's property should be similarly automatically populated for bounced email's. ... Mehr anzeigen

My business doesn't always have a linear deal process and I see that HS is only offering a linear deal process now. It would be great if there was a way to have a deal process that didn't act so linearly. You could move things around but perhaps there was a trail left or some way of knowing that certain elements were done but others were not. Currently, we use an excel doc with the deal process in columns and we just tick off the boxes as the customer completes them till they are all done. That way we know what has been completed and what has not. If you could consider seriously the option of adding a non-linear deal process that would be very helpful to me and others I bet.   Thanks Jason ... Mehr anzeigen
