We are hoping for functionaliy that allows us to globally set an email address (that we own/control) to receive a copy of every single marketing email that we send out through HubSpot for archiving/auditing purposes. Let's say we have an internally-used email address (that we manage) called AllSends that we want to receieve a copy of every single email send out. As it is right now, the most convenient way to do this appears to be to manually/individually add AllSends to each send (a solution we used for a bit, but tried to move away from as it is an extra step of effort/remembering and can get missed occassionally as a result). We experimented with adding AllSends to our sending lists, but we also use those sending lists for exclusion. So for an identical send that we have going to multiple brands (ex. Brand1 and Brand2), we send to the full list for the Brand1 send -- but for the Brand2 send, we exclude Brand1 from it, so that contacts that are members of both lists don't get duplicate emails. In that situation, AllSends would receive only one copy of the email (the one sent to Brand1), but we'd like AllSends to get both the copy going Brand1 and the copy going to Brand2. I believe this functionally would be best implemented as having an option to set up a company-owned email address that receives a copy of every marketing send we make on HubSpot.
