Hi there,    As a HubSpot user, I would like to analyse forms and their submission in the custom report builder. This was already possible in beta, but was unfortunately removed again upon release. Unfortunately, @JoeMayall's  solution to this only works to a limited extent for our use case: "The best place to analyze form submissions is in the Form Analytics page (Analytics Tools > Forms)" What we need:   Filter submissions (e.g. by lifecyclestage of the contact) Further data on submissions (e.g. on which website took it place). Further options for graphical representation. Currently there are only Area, Column and Line. Drill down from the report to the individual contact. Similar to almost all existing reports, a table should open when the report is interacted with. At present, the report only links to the form. And most importantly: A report that depends on the exact time of the submission. First and recent conversion are too imprecise for this.   ... Mehr anzeigen

Allow a workflow whereby if a deal is associated with a company (and than cmpany has associated contacts), then the contacts are pulled and automatically assigned to the deal.    This would also work the other way where if a deal had an associated contact, the company assocated to that contact would also be assigned to the deal.    This prevent double data entry and would ensure that all deals hve he appropriote associations.  ... We want to use "Tasks" more intensively to register and measure all marketing and sales activities. But we cannot create a user-defined Property - please make this available. It should also be possible to see "Tasks" on the contact card on the right together with Deals, Tickets and other info. In Calls you are using "Type" and "Outcome"  which is something that could be used but not only on calls but on all activities / tasks ... Mehr anzeigen

Hubspot allows for the creation of multiple pipelines, but apparently doesn't allow for the creation of custom Create Deal form per pipeline. We would greatly benefit from being able to have each pipeline have a unique Create Deal form with a unique set of required fields. ... Mehr anzeigen

Posting on behalf of a customer!    The current custom object tool does not allow for us to filter/create a list of custom objects based on the company associated as well as based on the properties of a custom object.    It will be great if we can do the following:  1. filter the custom object based on the company associated, 2. filter the custom object based on the properties of the custom object For example, to show the custom objects (e.g. number of services) that are associated to a company record, and then filter based on the properties of the custom object    ... Currently, there is no way to customize what information is shown on the right hand side bar within the information cards.     For example, if you're in a contact record, the company contacts will be listed to the right, however it only shows their Name, title, office number and email address.  Since I call most people on their cell phones and that doesn't display, I have to click on the contact, get the number, and return to the company page.     The same goes for not being able to see which lists a contact is a member of without having to click through.     Does anyone else agree that this functionality would make the platform more effecient so that we wouldn't have to do so much clicking back and forth between contacts, companies, lists, etc?  ... Because activities can't act as re-enrollment trigger, it would be great to have activity based workflows.     An example of an application would be that every time I log a phone call with outcome = left voice mail, it will send an automated email to the contact.  You could create similar workflows depending on the outcome of a call or meeting.   ... It would be amazing to have task-based workflows!   We have various things generating tasks - especially sequences. Task queues don't solve every problem - and many situations are more nuanced. As a result, tasks have become more cumbersome to manage - costing our team time rather than helping us save time when getting things done.   Would be AMAZING to have task-based workflows that: trigger when things happen to tasks to create actions and automation in other areas of HubSpot take action like making edits to tasks that have been created by users or through other means of automation (workflows + sequences)   This would allow us to assign or reassign tasks, edit other task properties, and even delete/complete tasks, all based on numerous conditions across HubSpot. ...
