It would be excellent to have the ability to report on a "time between" calculated property that permits the exclusion of weekends or certain dates and times. For example, for the HubSpot default ticket property "Time to close," it would be ideal to have the ability to edit this property OR create a custom calculated property that permits you to not include weekends. That way you could report on the days that passed between ticket creation and ticket closure in which your reps were scheduled to be actively working on the tickets.

An autoresponder on the conversations inbox would be really helpful. Our customers use an email address to report issues. When an email comes in, our support team manually creates a ticket and that triggers an email to the customer to say we've received it. We've chosen not to use the ticket auto creation feature from conversations because we were finding that when customers replied about a ticket, it created a new one. (Meaning multiple tickets for the same issue). However, this means that out of hours, the customer doesn't get any response when they email us, because a ticket doesn't get created. An autoresponder on the conversations mailbox would be really helpful to acknowledge the enquiry. We can't use the mailbox itself (Gmail) as this only sends autoresponses to an individual every 4 days, not to every message.

It would be great if you could export the duplicate contacts list to a .CSV- or .XLSX-file from the new "Manage duplicates" feature in Hubspot. As of now, it is only possible to review the list in Hubspot itself.

when we add new contacts we make separate contacts for people like families, friends, etc. I think it would be a great feature if there is a way to link two contacts together. ie: if we add contacts for a married couple, the contact info on husband (A) will contain a 'field' where it can show who he is associated with; In this case, it will show his wife's name (B) info. When we click his wife name, it will automatically open a page with his wife's info page. I think this will be great in finding associations not only in companies, but network through families, business partners, etc. Plus making it easier to find will certainly an advantage for a Hubspot user.

My understanding is you can connect an Office 365 shared mailbox to a personal Hubspot account with IMAP settings, however, this option doesn't seem to bve available for the team shared mailbox connection in Hubspot. This would be extremely useful as most business traffic comes through generic shared info@ or enquiries@ addresses and not being able to connect them to it's counterpart in Hubspot is a real loss. Thank you in advance for your help on this.

Currently, you have no date property that tells you today's date. This is genuinely a critical function if you are going to compete with other CRMs. How can a sales team set and keep SLAs if they can only look at the time spent in stage retroactively? Please fix it or bring in a "Today's Date" field so people can work around it using a calculated property and some basic automation i.e. Enters deal stage > set date picker to "date of entry" Calc field = time between "Date of entry" & "Today's Date" Report = all deals with "Calc field" >7 Automation = id "calc field">7 notify salesperson and manager. This is a huge hole in the system and is going to cost your partner's deals. A simple addition like this would unlock a lot of potential within the system.

Our clients often send emails about existing issues but email us via a new email thread. This means that the new Conversation in the Inbox is not associated with the existing Ticket in which the issue is being discussed internally. Right now, to associate this new Conversation, our agents have to click into the Contact Record, find the new Conversation in the activity log, and associate this new Conversation to the existing Ticket. What we would like is for the ability to associate the new Conversation to an existing Ticket without the agent needing to leave the Inbox. You can see existing tickets that are associated with the Contact from within the Inbox but there is no way, from the Inbox, to associated the Conversation with any of those existing Tickets. The only way to do this is to go to the Contact or Company record and associate it from there.

We are looking to send polls through email without the addition of a CTA/landing page. We would like there to be a function that allows a poll to be created in the body of an email, and that also tallies all the responses in an orderly fashion. We have used the CTA/landing page option in the past and it just isn't as seamless.

We've conducted an internal review of properties and one of the needs was to see the values in dropdowns/checkboxes, and the only way was to manually copy out the values. Would be useful to be able to export them instead. Also do you need an idea category of "properties"? I can't find the best category for this idea.

We need a way to pre-set the value of a property field. I am constantly creating new Contacts where 85% of the time, the values of several properties are always the same. For example, I have a property called HaveX that should almost always be a value of 'yes', but I cannot set the default value of this (and other properties). Hubspot Support response: It is not currently possible to set a default value for properties within your account, as we don't have the ability to force a property to always have a value. However, you can set a default value for a property in forms by checking the "Pre Select" box next to an option in the form editor. You also have the option to create a workflow to automatically update records that don't have a value for the property in question. my response >> I know about setting workflows and forms, but neither would fit this need. Can I ask for this to be considered for future development?
