We want to transition from Zendesk to ServiceHub and noticed that ServiceHub doesn't show when other members of our team are in a ticket like Zendesk does. It would be wonderful & time saving if the Sales template emails had a section to add a CTA.    Right now, I have to go to Marketing > Lead Capture > CTAs > create a CTA.  Then I have to take a screen shot after it's made & upload it to my images.  Then, I can finally go to my Sales template, insert the image, & add a link.     HS has nearly everything else, why doesn't it have this?  A good chunk of my emails are made in these templates & this would save time & make procedures more efficient. ...read more

Request access for 'approve quotes' in sandboxing. Could really help with helping users understand the process if I could create a test deal to show the full process.   Currently, the only way I can show users the 'approval process' is to create a deal in our live enviroment.   This is no good because it leaves deals and quotes in our live envorinment which we don't need.   Thanks John ...read more

currently - when email automation is not turned on you can check to log either incoming or outgoing gmails which is great.  However, files attached get logged in HS when sent, but not received.  IDEA:  add another box so user can select whether or not to log attachments for both incoming and outgoing emails.  This way we can add client files that they send without cluttering up their files and we can opt not to attach files we already have that we are sending ...read more

Hello,   We use Sage50 accounting software and want to give our customers an account number. I tried using the record IDs for contacts and companies, but as Sage has an 8-digit character limit, these have become a problem for us.   It would be great if there was a way, either via workflow or some way else we can create an account reference/number field. I would ideally like to dictate it, so it might start with a 2-letter prefix like HU and then a 6-digit unique number that is constantly updating as each new company is created (or contact becomes a customer).   Please can you look at doing this? ...read more

In Salesloft / Outreach type tools I've used in the past there's been a token that will insert a day of the week from when the email is sent in the sequence/template. For example:   "Would you be able to connect {2days.from.now} afternoon?"   would format as this if it was sent on a Tuesday:   "Would you be able to connect Thursday afternoon?"   Found this very useful to push for a CTA soon after a send.       ...read more
