If you have a mandatory field on HS forms that has not been filled yet, the 'please complete this required field' warning appears as users click through the different fields, instead of popping up only as you attempt to submit. This is not good UX. Users normally would only want to know which mandatory field they have not yet filled upon clicking the CTA to submit the form, NOT as they move through the form. Currently you cannot customize the form field validation behavior directly in HubSpot's forms tool. The only change this behaviour is to do custom coding which can be expensive. Currently, Hubspot does not allow the re-enrollment of a contact in a workflow that uses the optin to a privacy subscription as a trigger.   When a user completes over time this sequence of preferences: optin -> optout -> reoptin for a specific privacy item, there is no way to managing actions in a workflow that monitors the status of the subscriptions.   The same happens when a user accesses the manage preference page to confirm their subscriptions (i.e. consent expiring after a certain amount of time). After saving the subscriptions, there is no possibility of triggering a workflow.   BENEFITS: It would be useful implementing this functionality to allow automation management in all cases in which a user chooses to re-subscribe or confirm their choices to a privacy option.   I share two screenshots where you can see: 1- Using subscription changes as a workflow trigger. 2- History of subscription's changes where you can see that HS already tracks the transition between optin and optout, but does not allow you to use this information.       ...read more

One of the challenges we have with outbound calling from HubSpot is that our answer rates are low.  We have implemented Caller ID on the Twilio number we own that is used in HubSpot for outbound calling.  The problem with Caller ID is that it doesn't work all of the time and it can be spoofed.  How/when Caller ID works is dependent on carriers, device settings, etc.   We would like to see support for Branded Calling in HubSpot.  Branded Calling will gain momentum in the marketplace as it provides several benefits that HubSpot customer doing outbound calling can benefit from.  This includes:   Increased Customer Trust - people are 2/3 more willing to share information with orgs if the incoming call is branded. Increase Security Against Fraud - consumer can identify the company calling and answer without fear of being scammed. My reps spend twice as much time logging their SMS messages as actually sending them. This is a resourcing challenge, as it is eating into their active outreach time.    If there were a way to simply upload a log to text messages via CSV at the end of each day, that associates with the contact and ideally company and deal records, it would be amazing.    I suspect associating with the company and deal would require an ID, given there isn't a unique identifier for them to use that would never be duplicated in the objects, so if we could at least start with contacts, we can do the rest of the associations after the fact.    This would save our reps hours per week, which could go toward more product sales activities.  ...read more

I would like to request the ability to add more than one logo for meeting scheduling pages. I work for an organization that includes multiple brands, and I need to update the company logo to reflect the specific brand logo for each label. Hey HS crew,   Not a critical issue by any means, but I think it would be a great ease-of-use feature to make multi-step playbooks.   Just as HS recently introduced multi-step forms, a multi-step playbook would make it super simple to use playbooks while on the phone with customers. Reps could navigate a couple of questions at a time to ensure focus, order, and the comprehensive completion of the playbook.   Right now, we have sprawling playbooks that look more like doctoral theses than a guide someone can use while mid-conversation.
