It would be VERY useful to allow us to add offline payment methods on quotes or on a form. Currently, it appears you can only set as "no payment", "hubspot payments" or "Stripe". Salesforce allowed us to view calls to all contacts under an account or company under the company activity history. This is a big gap in hubspot and means we have to click into each contact to view activity history for people who represent an account. Our company deals with finance departments and we have multiple contacts per company, i.e. controller, AP person, clerks, etc, and it is ideal for us to have an overview of all activity to all contacts under a company's activity summary so we can see what kind of communication has been had with a company. we find this to be a big shortcoming for hubspot.  there is additional information and screenshots of my request in my chat with nadia from 3/21/23 - ticket #12121526 ...read more

Steps to replicate: View a company Email Note in the 'To' section, there are all the contacts listed for that company However, when you 'search' it searches your entire Contact base, without prioritizing or filtering to just show contacts within that company   For example: I have company A opened I need to email Colin at Company A When I search for Colin, I'll see all the possible Colin's that I have in my contact list, and would need to scroll to find the record for Colin from Company A ...read more

Never Log does not work when emailing Conversations (Group Inboxes/ Channels). Even when HubSpot User Contacts don't exist they get created. Hi! It would be extremely useful for my team (and I'm sure other teams) to be able to see the reason a contact is not being sent an email, as well as who those specific contacts are. I included a screenshot of the information that is currently provided, which is quite vague, and think the suggested improvement would be immensely helpful in productivity (something like "See recipients who won't be included in this email send" & then having a column for "Reason"). The usage of "real" shared mailbox (without password so without a real microsoft user behind) is really nice when you need team emails... Unfortuntly, it is not possible to connect a shared mailbox (without password) as personal email in Hubspot.   Reason (given by support): The IMAP/SMTP workaround might have worked in the past, but is no longer viable since Microsoft deprecated support for basic authentication for O365 some time last year. For context, basic authentication is when you log in with an email/username and a password, whereas modern authentication is done through Oauth (this is where you sign into the Microsoft page to connect).   It will be really appreciate to be able to connect this kind of mailboxes. ...read more

We have several clients (and ourselves included) who have a general number that rings to their office. Right now, all inbound numbers in HubSpot have to be assigned to a specific user - and only that user which is problematic when you want someone available to answer a specific line.   It would be great to be able to add a general number - whether main line, support, sales, and have it route to the next available rep of that type or to a specific team.   Sales call comes in - round robin to Sales Team or to all Sales Pro Paid Users; same with Service calls routing to the service team. ...read more
