These wider email templates create visually striking, modern layouts that stand out from the crowd. While I understand the need to consider compatibility across email clients, it would be great if HubSpot enhanced its drag-and-drop editor to support greater flexibility for creating wider email templates. There needs to be an easy way to view the number of email conversions (email that lead to a form submission from either a landing page or embedded form) and calculate the conversion rate. This is a key metric and I'm surprised HubSpot does not have this capability already.

If a user sets their out of office, they should not receive automated tasks, but this isn't an option. A user who is out of office should not receive tasks.

Currently, user permissions regarding logged emails are managed on a user basis - with the options of everything, team only, and owned only. It would be great if we could take this a step further and allow for logged email access to be managed on the individual email level - just like how it is for marketing emails and other assets in HubSpot.

It is common that an integration causes unintended updates to particular fields that we would like reversed (Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.), but we can't easily pull a list by the source of a property change (or a specific property update) to then revert those changes. This would be regularly used by those utilizing integrations!

Currently, it takes several clicks to get to view orders pipelines - CRM, contacts, dropdown, orders... Add the Orders view to either the CRM top-level navigation like deals, or add to the Commerce top-level navigation so its just a click away from the main navigation to view Orders

Outlook (Office version) has recently started automatically justifying text for emails on desktop. BY DEFAULT. This causes words along the right margin to break, instead of moving them to the next line. Users have a convoluted and not-easy-to-find way turn off this DEFAULT option, but at this time the sender/marketer has no way to stop it from happening. MS calls this feature "Advanced Typography." Hubspot could potentially add code to the email templates (head) which would prevent this from happening:  To work, this also requires the following xmlns (XML namespace) attribute on the HTML tag: <html xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word">

Workflows allow you to add data from other object but with a limit of only 5 additional data sources. When closing a deal I want to make sure all labels are set correctly. If this is not the case I want to inform the user, which labels are missing. This way it is easy to understand which action has to be taken. Right now I send an e-mail to the user saying: "If any of the following are empty, please add the correct label: Contact client: fetched field customer Contact provider: fetched field provider Contact shipping: fetched field shipping Company client: fetched field customer ... " As I want more than 5 associated objects I run into a Limit. Please remove the limit or set it reasonably high, as with 3 associated contacts for client, suplier and shipping as well the the 3 associated companies you already hit this limit.

It is nearly impossible to use embedded forms with tools like VoiceOver, as selecting a checkbox reads all items in the list, not the checkbox you are on. I've found a way to fix this myself with JS, but a user not able to do this just has to deal with a broken form. Here are details: The form adds unnecessary role="checkbox" attributes to ‹li› elements within the inputs-list.multi-container class, which is causing accessibility errors. Specifically, the VoiceOver+Safari combination cannot successfully select the checkboxes on the form. Here's an example of the problematic code: <ul role="checkbox" class="inputs-list multi-container"> Accessibility tools also flag this error: "Ensure elements with ARIA roles have all required ARIA attributes."

Would love if there was a way we could locate the properties that exist within a workflow. The Property Settings are helpful as they tell you which workflows host the properties you're looking for, however once you get to the workflow, looking for the individual property can be like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Two ideas to solve: - A dropdown under the "View" tab, with a search field that says "Find Property" and it lists all steps within the workflow the property lives within. - A native version of Ctrl+F that lives within the workflow ecosystem.
