It seems that at the moment, the only links that are able to be tracked are hard coded links in the email. Links that are created via personalization tokens aren't treated the same way and tracking isn't applied.   This is obviously challenging for us as marketers, as we can't understand click-through rate on links that are dynamic by user (for example, links that direct users into their unique dashboard within our application).   Is there anything in the works to enable link tracking there? Have you considered the ability to add an ID or click element within the raw HTML? This is something I know is available within Hubspot's CMS when building web pages.   Thanks, ... Afficher plus

Looking for a way to limit who on my team can connect hubspot to a personal email. I need to strictly limit connections to select people. This could be either through permissions or by getting an alert when someone wants to connect - either solution would be fine. Checked with HubSpot customer support and it seems there isn't curently a solution for this.    The concern is that some of our employees may have email with sensitive data and I want to eliminate the possibility of them connecting.   This is a significant hurdle for our adoption of sales hub so if anybody has ideas I'd love to hear them.    Thanks! ... For the Tasks function, it would be helpful if the following were available which would make it easier to create and filter tasks.    Option to clone a task from the Task list and Task Edit popup - currently, no clone feature - all task info has to be re-entered for each new task Ability to assign more than one user to a task - currently, tasks only support one user assignment. For tasks that more than one person should act on or tag team, an additional task must be created. Option to add Watchers to Tasks - for tasks you assign to others, you're unable to track after creation. If there was a Watcher feature, you could be notified on the statuses of those tasks. I need to Label or place headers in the Deal pane or other objects.   The Deal pane is long and completed by different groups.   Currently it looks like one continuous page which is difficult find properties easy.   Also the font is small for users with older eyes so  while the page looks nice the contract does not help.  SEE BELOW  _______________________________________ Deal Pane Before and After ... My client has spun out a second company from their original company, and we are partitioning data within two business units under the original portal. All the contacts in the original portal had a contact owner assigned, but a different set of employees are responsible for the new business unit and we would like to assign them respectively as contact owners without writing over the existing data. In essence each contact needs a contact owner per business unit. An example of where this would be useful is in setting up meeting scheduling links. There is already the ability to associate the meeting to a business unit, but when you prioritize the contact's owner for scheduling in a round robin meeting type, it defaults to the native contact owner and there's no way to differentiate the owner per business unit. The workaround of creating a custom HubSpot user property isn't applicable here because there's no way to set the meeting to use that custom property instead of the native contact owner. ...
