Challenge: It is onerous to scroll through the entire email feed to see when MY last reply was to the customer, becuase the feed has all of the emails in it.    Proposed Solution: Perhaps some kind of "persona selection" at the top like in Jira to easily filter messages by the person who sent.    Thanks!  Austin       ... There are multiple instances whereby it would be useful to be able to express report values as a % of a given value. For example since it recently became possible to show multiple measures on a single report, I can now show a column chart with  X Axis = Lead creation Month Y Axis = # of Leads, # of Leads who became MQLs, # of leads who became SQLs It is only possible to visualise this on an absolute value basis, and not with percentage figures. When looking at funnel conversion rates through time, given monthly acquisition (# of leads acquired) can vary substantially due to e.g seasonality, it would be ideal if we could see the # Leads who became MQLs and the number of leads who became SQLs as a percentage of the # of Leads per month. Another example might be where you have two properties, an Acquisition Date and a Cancellation Date and you want to show cohort information in relation to monthly cancellations in a table. Hi Hubspot team. We utilize HS Meetings heavily, and in many cases have situations where we redirect to them in order to apply UTM values for tracking (here's a good example of one: https://www.permitflow.com/scheduler).    We also have a pretty robust workflow to help with attribution on referring lead sources, many of which utilize UTM values.    Unfortunately, it looks like Hubspot doesn't track/record UTMs on Meetings pages. Is it possible to get that ability added?  (Also aware we could make landing pages with the meetings module in it, but there's a lot of legacy work at stake here).  ... Exibir mais

Business Units are extremely important to those with multiple brands.  Topic Clusters are also important.  Please connect these two.   It is hard to use such an importnat tool as topic clusters if you can't segment by brand.   Thanks ... Exibir mais

I've been informed that's not an option. It would be incredibly useful though for when you need to get ahold of someone but don't want them to feel you are stalking them. Having a tick box for this right on the call popup, I could block it for just this call and not leave a message, in hopes of them picking up. When viewing a report and you can click on a breakdown to view the items in that segment, it would be very handy to be able to view them in the contact page so you can apply bulk actions to them vs having to export.  Ex: If I have a report that shows contacts based on lead score range and at any given time I can view that segment as if it were filtered in the contact page.  I know I can build out views with filters the same as the report, but seeing as its already build in the report it would be a time saver to not have to build the filters twice and be able to see that segment as its filtered.  ... i just don't like a change. the pop-up box when closing a ticket has now gone and is a right hand side bar that opens out. BUT when closing a ticket and updating properties, you're working on the left hand side. the middle pop up box was easier to see and less movement.
