I was looking for an option to use hubspot for calling contacts that are not in the CRM. but looks like that is not available. many times outbound sales/sdr teams reach out contacts they stumble upon where each time they would need to create a record to do the calls -  this workaround is tedious and time consuming. would be happy to subscribe to this feature if it comes up. ...その他を表示

My email account has a large number of emails, which makes it difficult to find information when needed.   Now, imagine a situation where you have over 1000 emails in your account, and a product from your company has changed its name. You need to find the old name among the emails to make the substitution.   My suggestion is to perform a search for terms or content directly in HubSpot Marketing. It would be useful if admins on the account could pull usage reports for individuals who have a paid seat. Currently, we can only see when the last time someone logged into HubSpot and we can run reports on sales activities but it is really high level. I would like to see more of, who is working within HubSpot, using what features, when the last time they were used, etc.  ...その他を表示
