The recent change to how inbound calls are logged is affecting reporting as it no longer allows visibility of who logged the call. We cannot run our daily call report by rep without this function being reinstated. Reporting is affected - example here - there have been 5 inbound calls today and 5 outbound. The report only shows the outbounds:

Hi, it is good when there is an export button at marketing > ads > contacts. creating the list is fine but it would be better if we have an export button with a date range. so that data will be imported to related people.

I have been searching for a way to show me when customers are answering the phone the most. Example, I am having the best luck when I make calls between 2-4pm based on "X" report. Is there any reporting in Hubspot that will show me that info?

I am currently trying to view the data from emails that have been sent by a particular workflow. When I am looking at the "Emails in Workflow" table, I am able to sort it by any of the columns (Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, etc), EXCEPT for the Email Name Column. This is problematic as I try to switch back and forth from Total Counts and % Rates - the emails keep changing order because the order varies between total counts & % rates and I the only option is to sort by one of those variable columns. If we could sort by email name, I would then be able to switch back and forth from total counts and % rates without having to dig for a particular email. This would allow this information to be more digestable and impactful.

Would like to add properties to your fix Fix Formatting Issues view and to have the ability to export it such as Contact Owner and Associated Company. We would like our owners to have ownerership of the contacts manually entered or contact imported prior to accepting or rejecting the suggestion. Without this, it becomes a very manual process. We would also like the option to export this list to excel. I don't see anything in the Knowledge Base or HubSpot Community addressing this concern.

If you link Woo Commerce with HubSpot, and a customer submits NEW information through Woo Commerce, ie. "contact me web page" or an online store, the information is automatically updated on an existing customer record in HubSpot. There should be a way that HubSpot asks if the information should be updated since there are times the customer enters an incorrect address or phone number via Woo Commerce. Alternatively, it would be helpful if an "audit" report was available so you could see what the prior data was and what it was subsequently changed to.

Hi, I was curious if in the near future, hub spot users would be able to tier tasks. For example, I used 'Outreach' at my previous company (I realize it's a bit different), and their tasks dashboard pushed contacts with the most email opens to the top of the due tasks. It was super helpful, as it allowed sales rep to prioritize outreach to contacts with the most engagement. Following email opens, the 2nd tier was made up of tasks that were overdue or due that day. I would love to hear if you all are working on something like this.

I manage 4 Hubspot accounts, and it would be very helpful to have a way to compare the performances of the 4 companies into one dashboard. Currently, the only way is to export all the data to Excel, process them again, and finally create the chart I'm looking for.

Our customer support team is currently struggling with having to close a conversation twice due to HubSpot automation not being able to update the ticket to "waiting on customer" stage, before my team has closed the conversation. The ticket pipeline is linked with one of our conversation inboxes, and when we respond to an email and close it right after, the conversation pops up once again before the workflow has the chance to automate the ticket status. Long story short... So what's happening here, is that the conversation is getting closed out before the workflow has the chance to automate the ticket status change, and does therefore opens up again in the inbox though it should be closed. This is creating more work for us. Is there anything that could be done here?
