We have a SaaS app that integrates with another site in order to function. That integration needs refreshing periodically, so we need to send a reminder to our contacts to refresh it when it expires.   Many of our contacts have multiple deals (which map to "stores" in our SaaS app), sometimes 200+, and those deals will need refreshing potentially at different times. I'd like to set up a contact-based workflow to send email reminders to refresh the integration. But I need to include the name of the specific deal or deals that need to be refreshed at this time within that email.   To do that, I think I would need a personalization token that 1) pulls in the name(s) of associated deal(s), which is not currently possible (i.e. you cannot use deal properties unless you are going to use the email on a deal based workflow), and 2) doesn't pull in the names of ALL associated deals, but rather only the deals that have a certain property (basically the property that we use to mean "needs its integration refreshed").   The final email I want to send would look something like this:   Hi Customer,   Your connection to [integration site] for the store(s) [deal(s)] below has expired or been removed: [list of deal or deals that need refreshing] To continue using [our app], please log in and click [blah blah steps to refresh].   If we had this feature, it would also solve my other problem listed here because it would allow me to just make a contact-based workflow instead of a deal-based one. ...read more

I love the OrgChartHub app for mapping out different companies, but it would be really great to be able to use this chart to map out industries. Doing this would allow someone to see how other professions (lawyers, bankers, developers) fit into the hierarchy of a specific industry.    I dont think major additions would need to happen to the code of OrgChartHub, all I would need is to apply the OrgChartHub tool on specific lists and be able to use a job type as the placeholder instead of a specific person. ...read more

I need to create a deal-based workflow to send emails to specific contacts associated with a deal. Rather than just all associated contacts, I need to send it to only the associated contacts that have a certain value in a certain contact property.   To illustrate, we have a SaaS app in which users can have different roles/permissions, including a checkbox for "Send admin emails." We import this into HubSpot as a contact property for User Role, with "send admin emails" as one of the values. We want to use HubSpot to send some of those admin emails only to the contacts who have the value "send admin emails" in their User Role property.   "Why can't you just use a contact-based workflow?" you ask. I would like to see Hubspot add multiple zoom accounts so that individual sales representatives can host demos using the hubspot meeting links. Currently this feature only works for one master account, and not for an entire team.  ...read more

I have had issues on several occasions with creating reports that show historical activity on deals or aging. Examples:   1. Real-time deal stage aging and total age of deal - even if you try to create a custom property for this it only lets you calculate from a limited list of date properties which are not helpful - and you can't use a value like "today" to calculate the time between an existing date property and the current date. 2. Deal movement/time it takes in different stages/identifying here deals get stuck -  This is something that seems pretty straightforward and comes out of the box with many other CRMs...wondering why not with Hubspot? If you can track every single change made to a property or deal, and the activity is right there, why can't that information be reported on? The "Time spent in Deal Stage" standard report is not helpful at all - because each stage is only tallied AFTER it moves on to the next stage, not in real time like mentioned above! 3. Last deal stage before closed - this was also impossible to build even with Support helping out, because of the historical reporting limitations.   If we were able to report on and measure time between a wider range of time-stamped events, like deal stage movement, and also report on WHERE deals are getting stuck in the pipeline, this would be a huge step forward for Hubspot reporting limitations. ...read more

For content audits and SEO I would like the option of exporting a list of all landing pages, webpages as well as blog posts with automatic columns that include:  Content Type (landing page | webpage | blog post) Page Title  URL H1 Metadescription Campaign Since all of that information already lives in a HubSpot category it seems like this functionality to export those items in a CSV format could be an option.  ...read more

It would be great if the new report builder gave the option to clone existing filters similar to the old cross object report builder. This saves a lot of time for detailed reports that need to be updated with similar filters. Please bring it back! 🙂  ...read more

I've got a client that uses Housecall Pro and while Map My Customer has similar features the price point is significantly higher. Currently, there's no native integration.   Hubspot doesn't have the features that HousecallPro or MapmyCustomer has so it doesn't make sense to build these features out in Hubspot.   My client is willing to potentially build this out but I'd rather coordinate with Hubspot so we don't have to build the integration twice.   ...read more
