Primary Company - can only certain contacts be Primary Company, have a column in the report for primary company:  we need clear data to present the report for our clients on tickets related to them. however, the Primary company would only select the company sent the first email created the ticket as primary company, which a lot of times could be the supplier.  If you are unable to only select certain tagged clients as primary company, then at least give us a column in the report, so we can find out which ones did not tag properly and amend that, rather than going through 10,000 items one by one to ensure the primary company was tagtted properly.  ...read more

Our sales team wants to be able to access number dialed in a report. We often have multiple phone numbers for a contact and mark them as "bad" if we have the wrong number. I've created a report that includes the contacts with bad numbers and I can see which number was dialed on the timeline (there is an old request for that feature here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Display-called-phone-number-on-call-timeline-event/idi-p/17583) but I don't have a way of pulling the actual number dialed into the report. As far as I can tell I can only access it by hovering over the call activity record in the timeline. I need to be able to pull the actual number dialed into the report so that we know which numbers to remove or update for our contacts.  ...read more

It would be fantastic to have a 'Create new/Log call' button in the Call index to log a new call straight away. If a user is taking a message for someone who is unavailable it currently takes a number of clicks to get to the record you need to associate the call with.   Just as there is in Contacts or Deals a 'Create contact/deal' button in the top right corner it would be great to have this in the call index.      ...read more

Today, if I want to log an action that occured (in tickets for example), let's even say I created that custom ticket property and created a worflow to add to the counter when the action is done -  I have no way to find later in a report when every action took place. The reports are drown from a static value and it will associate all the actions to the timestamp (day/month/year) that is the latest one the last action on this ticket happend. So if one ticket recorded 99 actions in February and 1 on in March, in the report I'll see all 100 actions happend in March (if I filter by the date the action happend). It would be great to keep track of past values, in order to show accurately in the report. ...read more

In forms, we can only use existing or create new Company or Contact Properties. It would be extremely useful to be able to also use existing or create new Deal and/or Ticket Properties. In particular, for existing Companies and Contacts filling out a "Ticket Form" or a new "Deal Form". I would think this functionality would be easy to add.  ...read more

Make it a step or two easier to view and share previews of emails or landing pages by adding a "Preview" option under the Actions dropdown in the main view. We share a lot of these publically accessible links with our marketers for preview/approval. It would save a few steps to get the preview link from here, versus having to go into the email or landing page to get the preview link. ...read more
