When writing workflows or creating reports, it is not the simplest to filter by whether a ticket is Open or Closed. In the tickets and pipeline view you can filter by all open or all closed (e.g. My Open Tickets). Current workarounds are: 1. Selecting all statuses that are Open/Closed. However this is a pain as there can be many, and if any statuses are subsequently added everything will need to be manually updated. 2. Filtering by Close Date is Known/Unknown. This works well, however if a ticket was closed and then reopened there will be a Close Date and the filter will not work. As this ticket property seems to exist (or at least the capability for filtering by this in pipeline view), it seems crazy that it isn't possible elsewhere. Unless of course I am missing something obvious!
