Hi team, Currently, we offer "NOT" filtering for URL paths. However, if customers would like to exclude certain sub domain from showing up, it can't be done via custom view. This seems to be a basic functionality that should be included! e.g. customer has "blog.xxx", "content.xxx", "app.xxxxx" and "www.xxxx" We want to show everything but "app" sub domain. In the Sales Documents tools I am missing version history that I feel is available elsewhere in Hubspot.   Basically if I go into a Sales Document I would like to be able to see more information about file history.   Specifically: First uploaded Last updated if it's linked to a marketing file - which one   We have had a library of Sales Documents for several years now, and I've been having a difficult time version controlling (I just discovered that uploading from marketing files does not mean it will update when a new version is uploaded on the marketing end which is super frustrating). ...read more

So - coming to this as someone who was led to believe that uploading from marketing files would make my life easier and just having discovered how wrong that was...   Requirement: If I add a document from marketing files stored in Hubspot - I would like to have it update if there is a new version  (I was told it would do this automatically, but apparently this was incorrect and now I've switched all my documents to this for no reason at all)   This is essential for helping with version control. Currently this is barely better than the sales team saving PDFs to their desktop and sending them out when they need them.   Currently I have no idea how many of the files I've uploaded are out of date and I'm going to have to go through each one manually and hunt for differences. It would be ideal that if for a form used for submitting tickets that if a user started typing in a ticket subject that similar items would appear based on keywords. This would then stop the user uploading a similar ticket or issue. ...read more
