I want to be able to see which users have a connected inbox and to be able to turn off the possibility of having a connected inbox.   Why? Depending on the type of business you work in, it may be sensitive to scan your entire inbox. Hallöchen! Bei der Erstellung einer neuen Eigenschaft sind wir auf ein kleines Problem gestoßen. Wir würden gerne eine neue Eigenschaft als Dealinformation erstellen, die sich "Telefonnummer" nennt. Bei den Feldtypen kann man jedoch nur "Zahl" auswählen.  Wir nutzen die Telefonie von HubSpot und diese setzt "+49" voraus.  Somit können wir die Nummer, so wie sie ist, nicht direkt nutzen. Es wäre schön, wenn man einen Feldtypen ergänzen könnte, wo man auch zwischen Vorwahlen wählen kann, speziell für Telefonnummern. It would be good to have association labels or similar against a file that has been attached to a contact, deal or custom object record. We often have a lot of files that are attached to a deal however there are often only a few critical documents that we need to find rapidly. A label would be beneficial for this. ...read more

Having emails and calls combined as an activity makes it very difficult to know how many times a person was called.  I could be sending emails that are not even hitting my tarrget and only call 2 times and activities show 30. This is useless to my team.    Can we please remove "activities" and add "number of calls" to show how many times a contact has been called into. And "number of emails" to show emails. Dialing is key to our business and needing to guess or open each record to view calls is not ideal. This is an easy fix. please help ...read more

Currently, if a form is created on a landing page it is automatically associated with the account's default business unit. There is no way to edit which the business unit when creating a form on the page editor and there is no way to change a form's associated business unit. This makes the ability to create forms within the page editor useless if you are not working in the account's default business unit.    I recommend two changes: Automatically associate a form created in the page editor with the business unit of the page, or allow the user to select a business unit when creating a form in this manner. When information is updated or created via an API on a Contact the source is always vague (API or API Batch Update) and makes troubleshooting challenging. It would be extremely useful if the source included information about the actual source of the API call. ...read more
