Currently you are unable to move the associations section of the "new" deal form to more appropriate position. We would like our team to enter companies/contacts first when creating a deal. This seems sensible as without an existing company or contact the deal cannot be associated. You can fill in all the other deal properties to find out at the end of the form that the company/contact does not exist, then go and create one, refresh and restart the deal creation form all over again!  ... There is very interesting information that technology does not (yet) allow us to exploit. These are absence emails received when sending a marketing email. In a majority of cases these emails indicate a return date. Imagine that we could tell Hubspot to analyze these return messages (AI undoubtedly has a role to play), store this date and ask it to resend this email (or another) to this same person for example the day after her return when she has had time to process these emails. I am convinced that if this process were automated by default in Hubspot we could easily maximize the impact of our campaigns by sending messages at the right times. And if we go further, Hubspot could, over time, get into the habit of leaving each contact in the database in order to only send emails at the best times. What do you think about this idea? I'd like to propose not tying the width of drop-down lists to the width of columns. The issue is that text in the lists can be long, and as a result, columns need to be made wider. This might not be a significant problem when the text is in English or Chinese, but for languages like French or Russian, where sentences can be very long, it requires making the columns wide. Because of this, only three columns fit on my screen, although ten could fit if the columns were narrower.   Additionally, the drop-down list itself is intentionally narrowed. Removing the side margins would allow the entire word to fit.   Proposal: 1. Do not tie the width of the drop-down list to the column width. 2. Align the text in the drop-down list to the left without extra margins. 3. Do not restrict the text length in drop-down lists – show the full text instead of a truncated part. ... Mostrar más

It is possible to add a "Next Activity" column to a Deal view.   The "Next Activity" behavior should however be modified. The behavior should be changed, such that if the "Next Activity" is an overdue task, then the date of the overdue task should be shown (instead of the "--" currently being shown), and preferable it should be high lighted in red.   An ALTERNATIVE solution could be to introduce a new "Next Task" column, which shows only the "Next Task", and then if there is only overdue task(s), then "Next Task" shows the date of the overdue task, and it is highlighted in red       ... It would be fabulous, please HubSpot, if we could edit placeholder text size and colour. As we can edit the name of a form field and the help text, this would be a great bonus to users, too. For example I was editing a form today, changing up the font colour and font in line with a customer's brand guidelines. Once I'd completed that, I realised that the placeholder text was way off - in size and colour - it really stood out like a sore thumb - without the option to edit! Thank you   ... Mostrar más

Currently the default behavior of the O365 add-in is such that if a Deal is not open (if the status for example is won), then it will not be suggested in the list of Deals the user is being offering, when the user want to log the Email to the Deal using the O365.   Obviously the user want to be able to have the same ease of use of logging emails to Deals which has been won, so I dont get this behavior.   Could you please change the Default behavior, so ALL Deals associated with a contact is being offered in the list of Deals, when logging emails to Deals using the O365 Add-in ...
