Currently hubspot does not support more than two decimal places in the line item editor when using an alternative currency other than the primary. This effectively causes our deal margins to not be calculated correctly for international deals. Here's the explanation I got from support on this matter: " After checking, I confirmed from the team that for US currencies, we only support 2 decimal places when displaying prices in the line items editor. This is currently working as designed. To be specific, the deal's currency is currently set as USD. The unit cost of the product is saved in Euro as seen. What this does is to update the prices in the line items for the deal to reflect in USD. In this case, 0.0012 Euros is about 0.0013 USD. Because of that, the line item displays the unit cost as $0.00. If we were to change the currency of the deal to a different currency (e.g Euro), we'll see that the full value 0.0012 show up. This is the case because more than 2 decimal places are supported for other currencies in the line items editor. There have been discussions in place internally to support showcasing all decimal places in the long run for USD, though exactly when and whether we can expect this update is something I don't have much visibility into. In any case, I hope what I've shared with you above clarifies the expected behaviour. If it helps,I think it might be worth raising this as a feature request in The Ideas Forum! This is for now our best option to communicate the need for this feature to our developers and garner upvotes from the community. The more traction this feature request gains, our developers will likely review the feature and possibly look into implementing it."
