When tickets are merged, we used to be able to see the message " Ticket (name) was dissassociated" when accessing the merged ticket in the conversations inbox. This allowed us to keep track of conversations that no longer needed to be updated due to the merge.   Currently, for tickets that have been merged, there is no form of indication in the conversations inbox that lets us know that the particular ticket we're looking at has been merged with another ticket.   It would be great if there is a message that displayed that the ticket has been merged with another ticket. This would beneficial in terms of ticket prioritisation, managing duplicates, avoiding updates that are not necessary etc. 😊 ...read more

I ama hubspot user (I use for 2 projects I am working on), but the limitations of number of pipelines is a potential issue, hence why I am looking at Freshworks, which does not appear to limit pipelines. I am a Small Business (1 employee) and cannot afford an enterprise version to get 15 pipelines (which is even probably not enough for what I will need).  Hubspot please can you look into this?  I need a different pipeline for each potential deal I do (or try to do), since I need to measure the lifecycle and need to keep a record in case it can help for a future deal.  I don't want to leave hubspot, but Freshworks so far has been easy to integrate info and the number of pipelines makes it a superior offering.  I am happy to pay, but something realistic for a small business.  thanks ...read more

Hi team! Sometimes companies can change their company email domain from @test.com to @Tester.com for example. However, there isn't a way to mass update the user profiles. And at the moment, each user would need to update their email address on their own.    Adding new users would not work as that could affect the reporting and contact/deal assignment. I think we can all agree that the UX of HubSpot meetings is FAR superior to others - except one: Calendly.   We need core features of any scheduling application: Allow users to reschedule their meeting via a custom link This would then update the previous meeting outcome to rescheduled, the appointment reminders for the rescheduled meeting would update to the most recent meeting scheduled, and the previous event would be removed from calendars. Allow users to cancel their meeting via a custom link If meeting is canceled, update meeting outcome to canceled and allow us to trigger workflows/sequences off the canceled meetings Stop appointment reminders for that meeting for the customer and remove event from calendars Some nices to haves: - A better organization experience of meetings - ability to create folders for different meetings, if we have folders, show those first - not the individual meeting links - Truly custom urls that don't contain the creator of the meeting in the URL (seems pointless) ...read more

Problem:  When looking at Revision History in Workflows, Custom Code modules are not retained - it currently always shows whatever the current custom code is. From my perspective, this is a huge hole and folks are not going to know about it until/unless they find out the hard way (like I did).  I made a significant change that I needed to revert and was not able to go back to the previous version.    I was told by the helpdesk "I've just connected with our internal team who was able to confirm that currently the workflows tool is working as expected. In other words, the revision history only showing the current custom code is a known product limitation at the moment. We've looped in the product team and this limitation is on their radar, but at this point I do not have any other concrete details on when that feature of the tool might be updated." ...read more
