Hi team, posting on behalf of my customer:    they are looking for a property type that will record the time of an action. With date properties, we can see the date an action happened, e.g. the date a contact was created, but we are unable to capture the time of this action in the UI.   A new property field type for Time property that allows users to set the parameters will be extremely useful as they are looking to report on when a lead responded.    thanks team! ... Hi team! posting this idea on behalf of my customer:    At the moment, when we use property type for calculate properties = time between we are only given the following three options to filter by --> minutes, hours and days.    For our custom calculate property we are calculating age so having additional filters like years/months/weeks will be super useful in ensuring we capture the age values correctly when filtering.    Thanks team!  ... Hey team! It would be great if customers were able to create a contacts-based workflow with enrollment trigger for Contact Owner is deactivated and then proceed to reassign these contacts to active users.  As there is no property per se to capture that a contact is being assigned to a 'deactivated owner', we can only manually specify for contacts being owned by these users to be reassigned. However the ability to filter for ALL deactivated users would essentially automate this entire process, without the need to go back to add a newly deactivated user to the workflow trigger. 🙂 ... How can you make sure that tasks only get assigned on business days? This option only seems available on 1, 2, or 3 business days later. When selecting, "notify a week later", for example, notifications arrive on the weekend as those days are included in the calculation. ... Mehr anzeigen

Hubspot only allows users on Primary teams to be mentioned in the Comments of an Inbox. Those who are on Additional teams can view the Inbox but cannot be mentioned. We have Super Admins and managers who need to be able to be mentioned across multiple inboxes.   This limitation did not used to be the case. It's hard to see what this change helps. If a user has an Additional Team that has Inbox permissions, this user is grayed out in the Inboxes Access settings, so there is no way to allow for mentions without changing the user's Primary team or the entire system of team permissions we had set. Hey @hubspot - having customizable tabs on company, contact, and deal pages would be immensely helpful.   The data recorded in our customizable property fields are much more important than what's tracked in the activity, emails, calls, and meeting tabs. We'd like to present these property groups in the center of the page for a cleaner, more accessible look instead of cramping the info on the left sidebar.   Allocating valuable space in the center of the page for our most important data would greatly increase our desire to stick with HubSpot instead of moving to a different, more customizable CRM.   Photo of tabs and property groups for reference: ...
