Hey Community, I've been experimenting with the HubSpot App for Zoom Meetings and noticed a peculiar behavior. When inputting notes in the app instead of adding them to the comments of an already scheduled meeting in HubSpot, it creates a new meeting as a Logged call with the notes. While this feature seems promising for our note-taking needs during Zoom sessions, the challenge is that it generates duplicate meetings, requiring manual intervention on the backend to input the note into the proper activity. Reaching out to HubSpot Support I learned that this is by design. However, I am hoping this feature can be revamped to sync with already scheduled content. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How did you resolve it?
