We've noted a gap in form functionality. I wanted to take a moment to share what we're seeing and see if there was a chance of getting a very minor functionality change/improvement made to the product. Here's what I got: Problem statatement: E-mails generated by forms will only appear as if they are sent by system users. My authorized E-mail address (the one I use for my inbox, and the one I'd want someone to actually reply to) can't be used as the from's from address. Workaround: Actually, there is no apparent viable workaround. I tired setting my inbox email up as a user, but there appeared to be other downstream consequences (specifically with a user that I didn't want to be a user appearing in the system) that made this prohibitive. Automation was also suggested; however we don't have that option in our current plan and are not currently in a position to fund this. How to solve: Allow my authorized e-mail address to be a sender on E-mail messages that result from the output of a form. Result of a Change: Have been a paying user for about a month now, and I'm pretty happy with HubSpot. Adding this would make me a happier user. (i.e. 😀) I suspect it would also cause others to stop saying "oh man" and think "gee, that doesn't do what you'd expect" and like the system more too.
