Much like with the NPS survey workflows I have created a workflow for the new/beta survey tool that will send an email if a customer checks a certain box in the survey to be contacted by a CSR. The email that is sent to the distribution list contains a link to "view in hubspot" and when clicking on that link you would expect to go to the contact record for that survey submission. This is exactly how the email works that comes from the NPS survey alerts (detractor for example). It would be great if they worked the same so that a team member doesn't have to now find the record for that submission.  ... Mehr anzeigen

Good afternoon,   Sometimes our Service Team need to send an email to various recipients from a selected list, but they can't copy and paste that listed recipients, if we do, the email is not send. In the Feedback Surveys tool, when editing those emails, the only option is the default "Update your email preferences to choose the types of emails you receive". There is no option to edit this.   In the normal email editor, you have the ability to choose between this and the "unsubscribe from all" link.  HubSpot's documentation for emails requires on or the other (see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/can-i-customize-my-can-spam-email-footer)   It would make the surveys tool more usable if we could customize which one appears here and edit that text in the survey tool. ... I need to be able to create reports on email marketing for our sales team based on a particular campaign. i.e. we have a PB newsletter campaign that contains our weekly pb newsletters, which have sponsored stories paid for by our advertisers. I would like to add the report to a sales dashboard that I am creating plus email it if possible, as I do not want to give the sales team access to our marketing emails section of hubspot. ...
