The Zoom call recording feature is working well - for Contacts. When we have a call with a Contact, and we record the call with Zoom, the call recording and transcript is added to HubSpot and auto-associated with the Contact.   However, when reviewing the Deal associated with a Contact, there is a Meeting in the history, but no indication that a recording and transcript is available for that meeting.   Suggestion: Allow user to enable "Automatically associate call recordings with Contact's associated Deals"   This would result in each call recording being associated with the Contacts AND with those Contact's Deals.  ... When using sequence why can't we have the ability to turn off the automation that unenrolls ALL contacts from a company if a meeting is booked.  We are a company that works with contacts for companies that have multiple locations and multiple decision makers.  Just because we schedule a meeting with 1 contact does not mean that all contacts from that company should be unenrolled automatically.  Why have option there to turn it off we can't use it.  Does anyone know a way around this or is it something that can be updated soon. I have a property that is a multi-select ("Product Mix") and if I select a few options that all show on one line (i.e. selecting 3 options from the dropdown list) and then click away from that property, if I come back to the property to try and select more options from the dropdown, the mouse hover action brings up the edit pencil and details box and they cover up the dropdown menu arrow for the property field. I can bring the dropdown options back up if I click one of the currently selected options but most users are not going to think to do that because most would assume clicking the existing option choice would deselect it. I think a lot of our users (many who are not technically-inclined) are going to feel like they can't select more options because the dropdown arrow is covered up.     ... Mehr anzeigen

Our clients often have several projects for different applications or clients, which means that we have several email threads running simultaneously for separate transactions, e.g. ABC client needs: - a for which we run thread a, in transaction a - b for which we run thread b, in transaction b - c for which we run thread c, in transaction c Currently, if the client replies to thread b, a message regarding thread b will appear in all other transactions (a, b, c). Even if we manually remove the association, after the next client message, it is associated with all transactions again. It comes to the point that at some point we are unable to control which of the messages concern a given transaction, because there are a dozen or so messages from all three threads.
