Right now if I want to add notes in about a contact, I will first create the contact, then click into the contact, then once inside the contact navigate to "activities" then click "notes" and create a new note But what I would love to do is just create the note for that contact when creating the contact instead of having to do this in between step  ... Hi community, While Importing Data in multiple object, Company object asks to add Unique IDs, If you don't even add the Unique IDs you still can continue with the import which may create duplicates in your instance. There should be a way to set contacts as favorites for specific inboxes.   The favorite contact(s) would then appear first/towards the top of the list when entering them as a recipient in an email inside the conversations inbox (see example below). This function would be similar to the favorites feature in Outlook.   For example: If your organization has 26 Jonathans in contacts, and Jonathan Z. is a favorite contact, it would be helpful to have Jonathan Z. appear at the top of the list over Jonathans with last names starting A-Y. This is especially helpful since sometimes reps are more familiar with the contact as "Jonathan from Company XYZ" instead of knowing last names of contacts.   Another alternative: Add a favorite contact button to the email editing ribbon. This button would reveal a checklist of a user or inbox's favorite contacts. The user could then select the checkbox of the favorite contact they'd like to add. ... Mehr anzeigen

Hello!    I wear many hats in my company and it would be really useful if my signature could automatically change if I'm responding to a sales email or a tech support email.    I know the signature can be different from the inbox BUT speed is king and it is much faster to respond to multiple open support tickets and sales tickets from the "Service" -> "Tickets" Hub and the "Sales" -> "Tasks" Hub.    I don't want our customers knowing that I am providing tech support and selling equipment.    HubSpot's support agent, Allen, suggested I make this suggestion in this section.   It would be really great to see this change!   Thanks for your time. ...
