First of all -- Targeted Accounts are AWESOME!!  Love being able to see how many and often are we touching, defining roles of stakeholders, seeing their engagement.  But there is one recurring frustration -- please give us either sticky filters OR, better yet, filters that can be configured as default for the targeted account views.   I work in an org with 4 different sales divisions.  When I get to the Targeted Accounts page, it defaults to ALL target accounts in our org.  I can live with setting it once and then it being sticky.  But it would be much better to have a configuration for defaults.  I have junior sales folks who funnel into me.  So seeing all target accounts for my small team would be ideal. ...その他を表示

We have a group email/inbox for hubspot where all our cutomers email in to help, and we would like to set this to send an out of office reply during the holidays (e.g. closure at Christmas or UK bank holidays). We have customers who are international and don't follow the same holiday pattern, and really need an out of office option in hubspot so it auto replies to them - quite urgent really as we want this in 4 weeks time! ...その他を表示

Client would like us to change the dates on multiple modules on a dashboard. An option to edit/filter multiple modules on the entire dashboard at the same time and be able to save it, so that way the client can see it on their own computer would save us time and headache.  ...その他を表示

It would be very useful if permissions could be assigned to users and teams for Inbox. I'd like to give to a user access to an inbox but only to see the conversations assigned to him, not the rest of conversations.  ...その他を表示

We have 450 contacts that attended a meeting and we want to import them into HubSpot as a logged meeting along with the meeting type. Our salespeople are measured based on activity.    I realize that they have a "fix" with this by importing as a note. However, this would not show up in activity reports so the data would be skewed.    I would like to request that either meetings for many contacts can be mass imported OR there is a feature added to a workflow where if they are in a list then you can log a meeting to their contact record using a particular meeting type.  ...その他を表示

Every month, I record data for our internal Newsletter emails. I can get a clean export for most of the data except for one portion. This portion is the count of clicks for each HTML link. I do this by clicking into each email in Hubspot and manually recording the clicks below to the assigned section.   For example, Snip 1, the first link is our activities calendar clicks for AGTB September 2021. Sent on 9/8/2021. Here it equals 205. Hubspot created a custom report for us and that report from 9/8-9/30/2021, Snip 2, shows 306 for the same link. I've been told this is higher due to it counting clicks more than once. We also tried a ‘count of contacts’, but this is too low as it is missing those that clicked and are no longer contacts in our list.   Is there a way to pull this and match exact to ‘Top Clicked Links’ found in each email? Perhaps filtering to unique clicks only then using the count of email link clicks? We are a software company and commonally get cusotmer support emials and chat convo in support hub, we create a ticket for them and assigne them where they need to go, but if we get 30-60 reports of the bug, that is 30-60 ticket creations and a big pain in the rear, especially if you have to go and merge them all. The next part is it then throws the metrics way off on the number of tickets. On the lft hand side of support hub you have a Tickets icon, it would be nce to group the support convos to those open tickets instead of creating the big mess it currently creates.    ...その他を表示

Would be nice to see more than just the click rate to help understand which emails are getting better open rates vs click rates and even what links are being clicked, but at minimum the open rate would be helpful! ...その他を表示
