I am SHOCKED you cannot already see this information, but...   It would be nice to be able to see when a list was last emailed AND then be able to click through and see WHAT emails they have been sent. Right now, you have to go to the emails and click into the email to see what lists were used. That is a headache. ...read more

Currently, there is no way to update the logo at the very top (see photo below) of the meeting link pages for individual team members without changing the account's default logo settings. If an account is used to promote multiple brands, and users have individual meeting links, there should be a setting that can be updated to change the logo on each page. That way, the correct brand can be displayed without having to change the entire account's default brand settings.   ...read more

Our graphic designer and other content creators often need to work with an image--e.g. add a new one or replace an old one when our product gets updated--then click over to the page where the image is used to make updates (e.g. re-add the image to make sure the URL gets changed, change alt text, etc.)   Good news! There's a handy "File usage" section of the file details that shows where the image is used and provides links to edit those pages.   Bad news: While this works well for blog posts and marketing pages, it does not work for knowledge base articles. The link provided takes us to something that looks like the blog post editor, not to the normal knowledge base article editor. And you can't actually edit anything once you're there.   This seems like an obvious design mistake that should be easily rectified. ...read more

Hi there!    I would love the ability to have HubSpot Scoring actions have the ability to repeat! Currently if I want everytime a marketing email is opened to add +1 score, I need to do (simplified) emails open = 1 +1 score, emails open = 2 +1 score, emails open = 3 + 1 score, etc....    Ideally it would be nice if each scoring perameter had the option for "can this parameter be met multiple times?". This way I only have to physically write out the logic once instead of infinite amount of times. This also saves for viewing purposes. If I do the above logic 10 times for up to 10 emails, that is a lot of clutter taking up space in the window. As an administrator for HubSpot for our sales organization, I'm finding that it would be a much better experience for onboarding, user adoption and ensuring accurate reporting if the sales team could sign into our account and not have to individually connect anything, individually set their notification settings, etc. We are struggling to get all of our users set up the same way and have no way to ensure mandatory settings remain set.     We have an ERM synced with HubSpot that operates this way, where we set up the user and they log in and have access and settings applied based on their role.    While I understand HubSpot needs to be connected to individual user email and calendar accounts to log and track emails and meetings, it would be easier for customers to onboard and manage the account if there were an O365 (for example) login that could handle the connections in a more automated fashion instead of having the individual users perform these critical actions. ...read more
