Hi HS Team, I'm having a bit of an issue. It seems as though manually logging a meeting prevents it from being shown in the Activity Feed. But if that were the actual case than it would be isnane, given how many impromptu meetings occur when you're in sales. What am I missing?

The new Google Plugin view does not display the logged record titles in a toolbar across the top of the email, instead, you have to click (Logged to: (x) Records) to see a dropdown. I preferred the old view and would love the option to choose.

On the call recording UI, the video player is too small. It would be nice if it was bigger, or offered controls to make it bigger. I know I can make the video full-screen but then you can't see the transcript.

In reports, it would help to be able to make graphs with a filter of contacts who have received emails from a specific email. It would also help to be able to find out what CTAs and forms link to a specific email address. Thirdly, it would help to be able to search emails sent out by who or what email they're from.

Have the ability to goto the next inline like you do in Task for both Contact List and Company List.

As an admin, honestly this activity view can get SUPER out of hand particularly with workflows. Rather than two seperate logs I'd like to either a) be able to filter between enrolls and completions or b) see just one Workflow Activity for enrolled plus a staus and timestamp if they completed. maybe some emojis too would be good there too. 🔵 processing/enrolled. 🟢 completed

Looking at SEO reports. The Analyze tab has Average Position. What's odd to me is that it's saying we're at an average position of 34 and improved by 29% with a green triangle but when you hover over it, it says my last average position was 26. With metrics like Average Position where lower is better, the analysis needs to flip from "increase is good" to "decrease is good". So, in this report, the Average Position should be a red triangle showing a decrease in position from 26 to 34. Hubspot support confirmed this is how it works. We can do better, Hubspot!

One of the issues that I have been running into is, it is standard practice that after every completed Task(Email, Message, contact) we schedule the next contact with that lead/client. But I also have some customers that I have previously set a recurring task. It would be great if when I go to set a new task on a lead/client that has a recurring connection already, there is a pop-up letting me know. This way I don't set a bunch of unnecessary connection tasks to one lead/client.

Titre : Créer des vues pour les objectifs Capacité souhaitée : Depuis l'espace Rapports > Objectifs créer des vues avec les filtres pré-remplis comme on peut en avoir par exemple dans l'espace Contacts > Contacts Objectif : je cherche simpement un espace simple d'accès où suivre les objectifs fixés via l'espace Rapports > Objectifs, tel que les objectifs d'appel. Use Case : Nous avons besoin d'effectuer un nombre hebdomadaire d'appel pour atteindre nos objectifs de vente. Nous avons donc créé un objectif hebdomadaire via l'espace Rapports > Objectifs. Quand nous retournons sur cet espace, ces objectifs sont invisibles. Pour les rendre visible nous devons tâtonner avec les filtres pour trouver les bons filtres pour les rendre visible, ce qui d'un point de vue UX Design rend ces objectifs quasi-inutilisables.
