Hi,   It would be helpful for our stage metrics if a property, particularly timestamps and calculation of time between timestamps properties, could store multiple iterations instead of just being limited to one value.   Context: We have a few ticket stages that can be entered multiple times in a ticket lifecycle, but we're able to only capture the time spent between let's stay Stage A and Stage B for 1 time, meaning for subsequent times that stage transition occurred, we wouldn't capture those additional time periods and we'd be underreporting in some cases for certain stage transitions. ...read more

The background I am taking care of my company's website mybackhug.com and I was testing its performance (using PageSpeed Insight, Lighthouse Treemap, and GT metrics) and I noticed that our performance score fluctuates over time, even when we don't make any change in the page, and it's overall low, especially on mobiles. I understand that websites hosted with Hubspot are on a shared hosting plan. I enquired about dedicated hosting but I was told that Hubspot does not offer this option for websites (only for email sending ????). My understanding is that this fluctuation in performance (without us changing anything on the page) is affected by the fact that the hosting platform serves other websites as well, which means that, based on the requests they get from each website the speed change. Basically, we see fluctuations from BAD (score 38) to OK (score 50) of our website for reasons beyond our control, and this makes it also difficult for us to assess what changes WE MAKE have a better or worst impact... just because the performance result at each given time is not settled. It would be great if HubSpot could automatically adjust the final payment of a recurring payment that has been canceled so that the customer only has to pay for the days up until the cancellation date.  For example, if the payment is renewed on the 1st of every month and the customer cancels with the end date being the 23rd, they should only pay up until the 23rd and get a discount for the remaining days.  ...read more

It would be helpful, if it´s possible to change the text, design of the standard-default-page, which is shown, when sombody click on "change settings" or "unsubscrice" in the email-footer. I would love to be able to minimise the number of workflows I have by using parameters. Many of my workflows are clones of other workflows that have only a couple of property values changed.   Example: I have a workflow triggered by a static list, then sorts by owner and starts a sequence from the contact owner. Rather than cloning the workflow and going in and changing i) static list; ii) name of sequence; and iii) in that sequence, the name of the email templates to be used, it would be great to be able to create effectively a workflow-specific parameter that would change those three. This would help avoid errors (forgetting, for instance, to change the sequence from one of 27 contact owners) and reduce the number of workflows hanging around. ...read more

We are a small non -profit I have recently joined hubspot to see if it works for us. I added 1700 contacts all of whom are from a seasoned list we have been mailing on Mailchimp for years.  All have given approval on our joining forms and the last message to them was a month ago.     The Hubspot campaign was sent 23 May  and I was told that it was stopped after some 800 contacts due to a high bounce rate. First, I do not see why you should have this problem if mailchimp did not.  Second I am now stuck as to what action to take. I do not even know which contacts have seen the mail.     Can I resend the message, perhaps by adding the first names in order to reduce the problem ? The so called "help sheets"  say that I can restart manually but I cannot see how to do this. It appears to suggest contacting the people which is clearly impractical.  DO you have other ideas short of going back to Mailchimp? Thanks ...read more

Adding some smart rule options to the website navigation would be very helpful to have the navigation adapted to different audiences. E.g. a part of our product portfolio is limited to a few countries for legal reasons. Hence, depending on the visitor's location, those product groups should show up in the navigation or not, regardless of the language. ...read more

At the moment it is not possible to create a new email that is associated with an existing ticket.    In our use case, customer service would take a support enquiry and create a ticket, in some instances it needs to be escalated to our field engineers.    Unless there is an existing email thread on the ticket there is no way to associate the new email to the ticket from the mobile app.   Even if we set an automation to send a email to a customer, this thread is not visible on the ticket. ...read more
