Love the progress that's being made on Hubspot Payments features, though still running into certain limitations.    The ability to add help text to a Payment Link form field would be great, especially to help add additional context to the field functionality.    Currently, you can only edit the label form field and the label on the dropdowns. Why is it when you the ONE calculation field in a custom report you cannot set the type to currency . . . this is mad annoying and just sloppy frankly.    This request is two fold: Allow more than one calculation per report. I'd love there to be an easier way to identify unverified emails. When you go to send a marketing email using a personalization token (like using the contact owner email token, for example), the system will notify you if you have unverified emails. However, they do not make it easy to see a comprehensive list of all unverified emails.   Right now, the only way to verify an email is to select the unverified address and go through the verification process for each address. This is tough, especially when we have over 100 email addresses we send 'from' and no way to easily identify which are unverified, so we'd have to go one by one to: 1. Check whether or not they're unverified and 2. If they are unverified, go through the verification process.    I'd love there to be a place either in settings or the marketing email section where we can constantly check for unverified email addresses and easily able to verify them (in bulk would be icing on the cake!).  Even a report would be helpful.   If anyone knows any workarounds in the meantime, let me know! ... We'd use an option to save as new sequence within the sending feature. that way if a rep realizes they should really create a seperate seuqnec they could easily do that.  ... Mehr anzeigen

I tried searching for it and cannot seem to find anything similiar.    Here's what I need: When a Project manager closes a task in a company and there is NO active task open - I would want a notification that there is NO/NONE active task.    I set it up, and even called Hubspot support to help me, but I was told that it only works as PER task that notification, not as a overall of how many.  So, to simplify it, if a company has 3 active tasks, and I close one of the 3, I will get an automated notification that there is no Task on company. - I open it, and to see that there is indeed still 2 active tasks.  I want a notification, again, when they are all closed.    Can it be done?    Me performing quality control on the team is not working properly, and takes up soo much of my time, because of the whole checking each of these notifications when they are not really needed sometimes, because there are indeed active tasks.  ...
