At present, HubSpot does provide a way to limit the logging and tracking settings. However, this is on an all-or-nothing (all users) basis at the moment. It would be great if we had the capability of selecting individual users and choosing if they could log and track emails - that would be especially useful for those cases where new contacts are automatically created when an email is logged - but the users still need to use some of the chrome extension features like templates for example. While it's helpful to be able to see custom objects in the mobile app, it's limited use when some of the key values (pipeline and pipeline stage) are presented as IDs rather than the pipeline name or stage.  (the same also applies for owner and team fields too). Seems like it would be a fairly minor fix to display the name rather than the ID.   This would help anyone who uses custom objects and the HubSpot mobile app. For me personally, it would help us drive better adoption of HubSpot – many people in the company want to be able see and access data on the go, and currently the view of our custom objects from the mobile app just isn't that helpful.   name.  ...read more

It would be nice to be able to set rules/logic so that specific date properties cannot equal eachother or in turn, have the way to audit when a specific date property does equal eachother via workflow automations.   For example, let's say you have two date properties: (1) Agreement Date and (2) Launch Date. It would be nice to have the ability to say that these two properties cannot equal eachother.   I believe this will be extremely helpful when it comes to automations that utilizes date properties as the trigger and the ability to create branches to make things more specific. ...read more

It would be very helpful when in a certain Deal, the current workflows that the deal was enrolled in would be shown on the side of the deal properties (right side). I know it is shown in the "Activities" tab within the deal but that tab can get congested at times with multiple emails, texts, etc. shown.  Let me know your thoughts!  ...read more
