In HubSpot Forms, Users have control over the property fields that are added. Additionally, there are controls as to whether a property field is mandatory, and in certain circumstances (such as the phone number property), controls can be added to dictate the number of digits that are required to qualify as a valid entry. To sync with another system we use, we require a 10-digit phone number to be submitted on our forms (area code + phone number...without a preceding 1). If someone enters a phone number that is more than, or less than 10 digits...they will get an error message that reads, "The number you entered is not in range." While this is a helpful tip as to what we're looking for, it would be great to be able to customize that error message to better suit our needs and direct our potential clients to our desired action.
