When your email is disconnected from HubSpot, contacts in a sequence should be paused and not unenrolled due to error.    You should have the option to re-enroll error contacts into the sequence without manually removing and re-adding the contacts at the correct step. At the moment, the HubSpot sales extension for Outlook 365 allows you to click the 'track' and 'log' boxes, even if the default track and log settings are turned on in your HubSpot account. This gives the impression that users are able to choose what is being tracked and logged and may be unaware that their preferences are being overridden. I suggest that the outlook extension interacts more with account settings, and actually either informs users that default settings or on, or remove the ability to tick the 'track' and 'log' boxes altogether if default settings are applied. Who is the feature for: developers The goal: allow developers to change CRM forms via API The value: developers will be able to delete/change CRM object properties, even if they are used in objct creation form. More examples: - More background: At my company we have 1 "production" HS account and several others for testing purposes. All these accounts should have the same set up (same objects, same properties names and labels etc.). In order not to do this setup manually, we decided to develop an automated script which creates/updates custom object schemas via API.   But we bumped into a problem: In case a property is used in this object's creation form, we receive the next error from HS: Property: <property name> of object type <object ID> is currently used in 1 places and cannot be deleted There's no way to remove this property from a form via API. It should only be a human who goes into UI and removes this field manually from the form.
