It would be wonderful to eliminate the possibility of sensitive information being logged that should not be, while still allowing general communication to be captured including emails sent. Instead of the only two options being always log or never log for emails - I suggest having the capability to indicate (at time of sending if originating the email through HS) whether to log this email or not and if a reply, allowing the option through HS. For anyone using HubSpot, I think this is something that could help with the organization and user experience for assets.    When the user goes to Landing Pages, Emails, CTAs, Website Pages, etc. there is always just a long list of the asset names. If someone is dealing with an account that has hundreds or even thousands of some of these, it make the view difficult. Even when you click to see the folders, the structure is not user friendly and the UX/UI is clunky.   Similar to a normal folder + file structure with systems lik Google Drive, it would be wonderful to have all assets' listing pages show folders first / automatically. Nowadays, a sequence doesn't necessarily need to have an email in it. E.g. it could be purely call based, LinkedIn based, or maybe 2 calls, a LinkedIn inMail, 2 messages, 2 post views, one comment and meeting at an event.   Point being, if we don't have the e-mail id, we should still be able to enroll contacts in a sequence to track the number of contacts reached out to in a specific time period, and follow-up on next steps.   Can we please have the ability to add contacts without email IDs in sequences where we won't even need their email IDs?   Looking forward to hearing back from you!   Best, Venkat ...read more

Wondering if anyone has developed a way to deal with many to many job titles and companies. We have contacts with multiple job titles and company associations. We can create multiple title fields and associate them with companies. However, if a contact has a title at one company that is different from the next company, we run into issues. For example, a list is being created with CEOs at companies that are rural. We select all CEOs and Companies with rural as a field. BUT the contact that is CEO is only CEO at the urban company and is the CFO at the rural location...how do we ensure this doesn't occur? ...read more
