Although there is conditional logic to create a property from another property, the conditional logic does not pin itself and disappears.   It would be great if I filled out a property in the contact information and my response prompts another property (using the conditional logic) and once that property is filled in, it would pin itself and be viewable in the contact information moving forward for that contact.   For example: If I have contact property that where I can click on the status of an employee - I choose "retired" - a contact property pops up for me to fill in the date the contact was retired and then that would stay as a viewable piece of contact infromation. Dans le planificateur des rounds robin, j'ai actuellement coché une case pour prioriser l'affichage du calendrier du propriétaire du contact. 1/ J'aimerais que dans le cas ou le contact n'a pas de propriétaire, HubSpot recherche alors si l'entreprise à laquelle il appartient a un propriétaire et si c'est le cas l'attribuer à cette personne. Hi,   Not sure if anybody has a workaround but it would be great if Hubspot could allow us to create reports that consolidates different NPS results and scores.   We've created 2 NPS Surveys (one sent by email and one using a link) and we intend to create more so for clients in different countries using different language, but it seems that there is no easy way to get the results combined together for a regional level reporting.   While I've managed to work around it by creating multiple properties with formulas, the biggest trouble is showing the NPS score trend over time. The standard report that Hubspot have does not let you filter. So if you're retreiving NPS ratings over emai and url, there does not seem to be a way to get a total scoring to trend over time.   I hope hubspot will let us customise or filter the standard report more, or at least let us combine multiple NPS reports together! ...read more

I was looking for a way to switch the Contacts tab to Companies on the mobile app but unfortunately couldn't find any setting to change that either on the mobile or web app that might relate to customizing those tabs I verified this the support to ensure I wasn't possibly overlooking any setting that might relate but they looked into that and confirmed indeed there wasn't such a possiblity and suggested posting on the Ideas Forum I trust many users will find this feature tremendously useful to be able to customize the Object layout/order on the app for quick and easy access to other/custom objects rather than having to open up the side menu to reach the Object they use most, while having a less used Object on the front panel (in our case, less use in Contacts and more in Companies) Hopefully that feature is currently in the works or planned to be released in upcoming updates or future releases to help make our workflow a lot easier That is luckily the only issue we're having with HubSpot, everything else is as about as perfect as it gets   ...read more

Tasks can be associated with Tickets - but not while you are in the Help Desk (vote on this Idea if you want that) - and if you do associate a Ticket with a Task, there is no way, currently, to see that Task in the Help Desk!   This Idea is: Make it easy to see Tasks that are associated with Tickets in Help Desk.  ...read more
