Hey HubSpot - Here's probably an unarticulated pain from many customers like me, which can be easily solved from your end, and help customers avoid some serious headaches.
Ok, the problem is -
We're using multiple HubSpot accounts, and synching the emails to the same mailbox using HubSpot's Gmail extension. But when we're logging emails to HubSpot, we're sometimes logging it to the wrong account.
We're aware there's an option to switch accounts near the search box, where the HubSpot extension sits. However, we tend to forget to switch the account before logging in the mails.
Hence, we need the switch accounts option right in the compose window, preferably as a drop-down placed near the Log and Track settings.
It would be great if HubSpot gets it done soon, as I'm sure a lot of customers (using multiple HubSpot accounts with the same mailbox) are facing this issue for sure.
And I'm pretty sure it's not a complex problem for HubSpot to solve this by just adding a switch accounts option in the compose window. So I hope this gets done faster.
