If we can have rules that will apply to all workflows- global black list, logic like- stop the workflow if the user replied to a previous email in the flow.

Actually, I wanted to create a report on how many tickets we have which is created by specific users. but with this bug in HubSpot, I could not dot it. Kindly Upgrade it.

Create email nudges for follow-ups on the same email chain as the individual you are contacting instead of creating a task and having it redirect you to HubSpot.

I'd love to be able to see the SMS & MMS replies in the email notification, there seems to be no way to do this at the moment but I feel this would be an awesome feature to add to hubspot 🙂

We're looking for ways to automate what happens after a contact finishes a sequence. Right now there is a events trigger available based on sequences but it would be great if we could refine that trigger further. In our case, it's not specific enough to say a contact has finished a workflow, we're looking to target a specific aspect of finished sequences (no response/ no meetings booked).

Hi, my team would like visibility into HOW they're hitting their daily email limits in Hubspot. For example, 500 emails are going out in sequence A, 100 in sequence B, and 400 in sequence C. This way they can manage their "allowance." Please help!

When I'm creating email test copy, sometimes I'd like to either track the outcome of a contact sent one email test version or segment their later experience based on what copy version they were sent. Ideally, I'd be able to look at a dashboard or filtered contact view of 'all contacts sent Test B copy of [Marketing email name]'. Currently, there is no way to view what test copy a contact was sent into total.

You can report on this is the pages are hosted by HS but you can see the count in prospects but not the vreakdown when the pages are on another CMS e.g. how many visitors by a prospect in the last month

Seeing that this is a CRM and we want to keep track of who has opened emails. I am shocked that the ability to properly export this knowledge is not available. In sequences, it shows an open rate that you can export. You have to create some report with multiple steps, but still, when you export that, say 500 people opened an email multiple times, you now have an excel with 3,000 names, each row for every open—more steps to go through. Just to organize who opened the email. Not helpful. I just want a way to export who opened the sequence more than once so we can contact them and not the other people.
