Hubspots file manager allows you to export files, the UI provides a pop up modal where you have the option to select user(s) to send these files to.   However it only works if you send the files to the user you are currently signed in as.   Would love to see this function the way it is insinuated to work through the user experience that is provided. If in fact you can only send files to the user you are signed in as then the modal shouldn't provide an experience where you can choose any user(s).   The documentation I found on this doesn't note anything about logins. At the moment, you can export all the analytics data from campaigns (e.g. sessions, contacts, influenced revenue) but you can't export the data around the assets within the campaign. You have to export all CTA data from the CTA app, for example, and then match it up to the campaign. It would be great if the export in campaigns included the data around the assets within the campaign too.  ...read more

When you open the ticket view you can search based on ID, Name, or Subject.  All of which are helpful.   What would be more helpful would be to be able put in the Associated Company name and be able to search and find all of the tickets that are currently Associated with that company.   Obviously what I am describing is what is possible using the filters, but again....using filters involves a number of different steps that quickly get lost if you navigate down into something on the page.      Having the ability to quickly put in the company name or any other attribute would help make this less time consuming. ...read more

Sometimes, we send out emails that are "informational" where we're NOT expecting click throughs.   Suggestion: enable users to indicate that (simple check box) so the click through data is NOT included in our overall metrics/statistics.  ...read more
