Our team works with many retailers who number their stores from 1 - 99. When we search for companies that do not use a minimum of 3 digits in their store numbering system, it creates a problem. When I am trying to customize elements in the knowledge base template, I have the options to add the company logo, and a link to the website, the link to the customer portal , link a support form, and also of a sign in button since we use private content which requires registration.... nothing else.    What i simply do not get , and wonder why you have added this duplication , is that these elements of the navigation bar are also being replicated into the footer of the knowledge base page.  There is an option to add additional links into the footer, but no option to not display the same elements as in the navigation bar.  Makes no sense to me.    Support advised that this functionality cannot be modified and these elements will always show up in both places. ... why?   I consider this more of a bug than a feature request , but support cannot assist.     ...read more

We use the tagging feature to  email our team copies of notes of importance quite often. However, if you tag yourself, you don't receive the email. It would be helpful for our team to be able to receive an email notification when you tag yourself as well as when someone else tags/mentions you in a note. We are a company that has merged with another so we are now officially one company and I would like to be able to add a second domain for the merged company WITHOUT having to jump to CMS Enterprise.  It would be great if HubSpot would allow two or three domains per instance.    ...read more

We would like a way to check if a specific contact has received the same email more than once, especially more than once in close succession. For example: if I created two workflows that sent similar emails to contacts at similar times and, for whatever reason, someone wound up being enrolled in both workflows, I would like to be able to identify which of my contacts got the same email twice, once each from each workflow, so that I could address that with an apology email. Or, better yet, have some kind of failsafe in a workflow that would prevent that from happening in the first place. Eg: in the enrolment  criteria at each action step in a workflow, it would be useful to be able to select, "Send them [Email Name] IF they haven't received [Email Name] within the last [time period]" ...read more

With the new functionality to add different properties to the deal creation form per pipeline, the need has arisen according to the order required by both the partner and the customer.
