My CEO and investors request a 2 page Executive overview template before meeting with an account / customer. Relevant fields include account name, contacts, titles, LinkedIn, competitors, use case, ARR, renewal date, etc. Then there are a few sections that are standard where we input free form. As a former Salesforce user, I purchased Quip to do this and pull from Salesforce in to a Google Document. This would save me a lot of time creating executive overviews.
