Hi, Recently, we have noticed that a lot of emails (most likely by bots) are getting opened in less than 60 seconds. We know that bot activity has been there for a while but it has started impacting us in a big way in the last month. I know we have the 'adjusted open rate' for each email, but that also seems to include these <60 sec opens. What I'd suggest is to have another set of 'open rate' fields/filters corresponding to email opens, which only considers an open if it is done after 60 seconds. It is not a foolproof way to eliminate bots but I believe it will take us very close. What would be helpful is if this metric (opened >60 sec) can be measured for every email, every subscriber (in the fields like 'sends since last engagement', 'marketing emails opened' etc) , filters in lists/workflows and as an input to the Email health score. Another set of fields can be created like "sends since last engagement (>60 sec opens)" in addition to "sends since last engagement". Similarly, another set of metrics like "total opens (>60 sec opens)" can be there in addition to "total opens" for each email. This would eliminate a lot of bot activity without eliminating a lot of genuine activity (very small number of people genuinely open within 60 seconds of receiving the email) Please let me know if this would be possible. It would help us a lot to keep a tab on our email health. Thank you, Soumik
