It would be great if the subsciption types could be visible to some and not to others. In the example I was trying to execute for an online school we have people who are prospects, students and graduates. It would be helpful to introduce a feature allowing to cancel the records of the visits done by a contact on the website before a specific date but leave those after. Emails for instance can be cancelled from the page of the Contact, but not the visits on the website.   Thanks.     ...read more

Dans la fiche contact, on peut consigner un appel / un mail ou un rendez vous, mais quand on doit planifier un rendez-vous, il n'existe pas de distinction entre rendez vous physique ou rendez vous téléphonique. In Tasks view It will be helpfull to add contact feilds to understand better the priority of the task In my case it is  a date of the service (Move date) feild but i assume other will want other options except date. If i will be able to filter by this efild as well it will be very helpfull in prioritizing tasks.     ...read more

It would be great to see the HelloSign/HubSpot integration display a HelloSign card on the right hand side of a deal record (as it already does on the associated contact record).    It would save an extra couple of clicks/mins to be able to access the integreations feature's from the deal record itself.  ...read more

I need a workflow to create a task and assign it to the object owner only if one does not exist. Currently conditions require selecting specific users.   It should be possible to select either a dynamic value called "Owner". To take it further you could also allow selecting Deal Owner, Contact Owner or Company Owner. A last refinement would eb to do this with Hubspot teams so for example one could check if another team member is assigned a task. ...read more
