We would love a way to book calendar appointments for our sales team (either in some kind of native hubspot calendar or synced to Outlook) that is synced to a contact without sending a calendar invite to that contact. We send our own appointment confirmation emails and leads find the double email annoying and confusing.    (Our work-around solution at the moment: we're scheduling the appointment on our outlook calendars and manually logging the meeting with the contact. I would suggest that after selecting Contacts or Companies from the drop down menu you default the cursor to the search field. 90% of the time after clicking on Contacts or Companies that's where I go and it would save one additional mouse click which while a relatively minor issue adds up over time.  I can't tell you how many times I have clicked on Company or Contact and then started typing my search only to realize I need to first click in the search field before I can start typing my search criteria.  I'm an older Computer Engineer who predates the mouse.  We relived heavily on tab navigation and I still use it because it's much quicker than using the mouse to progress through fields on a form except when's its not set up properly and the cursor jumps between fields in no particular order.  That's when I know a younger program who is not familiar with tab navigation and relies on the mouse programmed the form.  LOL ...read more

I have a workflow with multiple emails and triggers, but I can not see which date/time all the upcoming emails will go out once the workflow is live. And I can't use the test feature to see it either since the workflow is live. Please add a feature that shows the date/time for when all the emails and tasks will go live. Hello Hubspot Team! our sales team downloads individual prospect lists and it would be very helpful if we could name a file before we downloadf it from hubspot. What I am bumping into if after I download several lists, the titals all look the same. Hi, It would be great to have an option to duplicate a deal. Let's say that "Deal X" has been closed won in a sales pipeline. I would love to see option to move it 1:1 with all data to a new pipeline, which let's say will focus on renewals. It would be great if the account time setting on Hubspot could automatically change when clocks change in spring/autumn.   I'm setting up Hubspot livechat and our team's availability times will be inaccurate when clocks change unless I remember to manually reset the time zone in Account Defaults.  We will either be seen to be available an hour earlier, or livechat won't be available until we've been at work for an hour - depending on which season it is.   Having to reset the time manually is a bit of a nuisance, so automating the system would be a time saver and ensure better customer service for us and our own customers visiting our website.   ...read more

Hi! Currently, campaign reporting includes social media reporting, but only clicks. This is fine for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.   However, Instagram performance reporting is not included since its engagement includes likes, shares, and listens - not clicks.   This makes reporting on all social media tied to a campaign a bit tough, please 🤔   Could Instagram please be added to Campaign reporting? Since the data's already captured in a different report, it would be to display it in the Social Media card in Campaign reporting.   Thanks! ...read more
