It would a must-have to simplify how the conversation window is diplayed into 2 steps, such as Helpscout is doing.   Step 1 : only all unanswered emails are displayed   Step 2 : the details of the specific message are displayed only when clickling on this message   By mixing step 1 and step 2 in the same space on Hubspot, we have way too many information on the same page, and most importantly not enough space to review the conversation history     ...read more

When a contact is in a sequence and needs to be enrolled in another sequence, instead of unenrolling them from the first one can you make a situation in which pausing a contact in a sequence allows you to enroll them in another sequence. At the moment it's not possible to trigger a workflow based on the creation of an Intercom Event. We would like that to be possible.    Specific use case: I would like to create a workflow that sends a notification/email to a sales rep, whenever a key client initiates a support conversation in Intercom. I believe this would require an Intercom conversation to be categorized as an activity.    Would really love this feature. It would be great if the subsciption types could be visible to some and not to others. In the example I was trying to execute for an online school we have people who are prospects, students and graduates. In this case graduate subscription should technically only be visible to graduates and they should be the only ones who have the ability to opt in or out of the subscription.  ...read more

Buenas tardes   Por practicidad sería interesante contar con esta opción que se pueda realizar la carga de varios archivos sin necesidad de guardarlos en el CRM, esto porque algunos de los procesos que se incluyen en mi funnel de ventas tienen agentes externos que el cliente no debe conocer y comparten archivos por el correo normal los cuales debo adjuntar despues a mi cliente y son alrededor de 15 archivos por cliente lo que hace que se retrase el proceso y se haga dispendioso.  ...read more

It would be helpful to introduce a feature allowing to cancel the records of the visits done by a contact on the website before a specific date but leave those after. Emails for instance can be cancelled from the page of the Contact, but not the visits on the website.   Thanks.     ...read more

Dans la fiche contact, on peut consigner un appel / un mail ou un rendez vous, mais quand on doit planifier un rendez-vous, il n'existe pas de distinction entre rendez vous physique ou rendez vous téléphonique. In Tasks view It will be helpfull to add contact feilds to understand better the priority of the task In my case it is  a date of the service (Move date) feild but i assume other will want other options except date.
