The difference between the fields contact owner first name and contact first name is "First Name" vs "First name". Those are WAY too similar to be able to distinguish when using them as tokens to personalize tasks/emails/etc. No one would be able to remember based on one letter difference in capitalization which was which.    It would be better if it was "Contact Owner First Name" and "First Name" (the contact's first name).
