Great minds think alike

Recently, we started receiving monthly emails from the HubSpot email account of customermarketing@hubspot.com. The subject line reads..."Jared, see how much your company got done last month." The body of the email presents a fantastic and quick summary of the monthly marketing performance.    Here is a screenshot for reference:   This information is incredibly useful and could save m staff from spending hours of pulling monthly metrics for our clients.   However, I do have several questions that would be helpful for improving the use of this information moving forward. I reached out to support but they did not seem to have a handle on the specific answers to these questions.   Is there a place to find this exact reporting -- the look and feel of everything from the icons to the associated text? It is awesome that it is emailed, but there are often times when this email is deleted and then we cannot access it for the future. We have like 30 HubSpot accounts, but I seem to only receive about 3 or 4 of these emails per month for the same 3 or 4 accounts. Is there a specific reason why I only receive 3 or 4 emails as apposed to the 30 associated accounts? Is there a way to sign up each account for these emails? If so, can you provide the steps. When email tracking is active and an email has been sent to multiple recipients at the same time, the notification system just tells you that "someone" has opened the email.   This information is useless, as all you can see is the subject line (which sometimes can be the exact same as many others if using campaigns).  At minimum, this notification should redirect the Hubspot user to the company or deal that they notification is associated with     ...read more

I would love to see the ability to lock a contact from changes. I see this being a switch within the contact, that when turned on, would keep it from any changes until switched off. This would allow our important contacts, which we know are correct, from unwanted changes.   Our company uses Zapier as an automation tool which links to our Hubspot account. The automation tools are great until an important contact is altered with the incorrect information from the automation. Having this option would fix this problem. ...read more

I manage around 60 accounts, and editing scheduled posts is a nightmare.  It is currently not possible to select a specific date,so to find the post you want to edit you need to search page by page,  and it is not possible to bulk edit text, image, or date.  Please review this idea and implement something that would make managing socials less time-consuming.  ...read more

It would be useful if a playbook could be associated with several related objects at the same time. For example, if the playbook is filled out in a contact's file, and he has an associated deal, the information collected with the playbook can be displayed both on the contact's timeline and on the timeline of the associated deal. ...read more

It would be very helpful if you could see the different folders  you created for the marketing forms in the lead scoring settings (HubSpot Score >> Properties). So you could directly choose the right forms for the right score from the respective folder. ...read more
