We are in need of identifying a quick and easy way to generate a list of thank you letters that need to be sent to donors based on won donation "deals". We currently have a workflow that sorts out acknowledgements by email or mail and it then assigns tasks to one of my team members to complete. We then set up a Tasks/Contacts/Deals report to pull those open tasks that will generate a mailing list. However, when "Tasks" is primary, it will not pull all the required information. And when "Contact" or "Deals" is primary, it will pull the informaiton - but it won't pull all the tasks. I have contacted HubSpot support twice and have recently been told this may not be possible and I should suggest a New Idea. Essentially, we need a way to be able to create an old-school mailing list to thank you contacts based on won deals (or really any action).
