I love the ability to create a report as a digest of new leads, new conversions, new deals, new tickets etc. and email it to users in the portal.  However, depending on your email candence you may not have accumulated new data and thus the automated email is a waste of time for the user.  I would love the ability to surpress any email of a report that hasn't accumulated new data since the previous send.   ...read more

Within Excel you can now use the "Get Data" option in excel to extract data directly from Salesforce. This would also be great if HubSPot had this readily available in Excel thus removing the need to have create an APIs to export and convert to excel and instead can be a direct export.    ...read more

We would love the ability to have a live character count of the content inside of the blogs. Currently, we have the ability to see the character count in social media posts, titles, meta descriptions, subject lines, and preview text. But no ability to see character count in the overall content in the blog.   More specifically, it would be even better to have the character count for each block in the blog. I think it would be great to add the duration field to logged meetings within the Hubspot App. Logging meetings is important to business functions and knowing how long each meeting takes can help.  Hopefully Hubspot adds the duration field to logged meetings soon! ...read more

I built a custom CTA in the beta area with a form submission. I would like for it to also be able to track clicks upon form submission. It currently is not doing that. I use a hubspot report to track clicks on my blogs but since this is not tracking, it is going to skew my reports.   When the CTA is used, it tracks the views, submissions and submission rate.   What it does not track is # of contacts created, clicks, click through rate. ...read more

It would be great if smart content could be driven by more than one rule type. Not every person visiting a page is on a list; if they are I want to show them appropriate content, but what if they are not? It would be nice to be able to add another type of rule so that, e.g., if the visitor is not in a list, then it checks a rule based on querystring (or any of the other rule types) as a fallback and still delivers appropriate smart content.   The value here is two-fold -- it would allow the marketing team to deliver a more focused message, but also provides the user with appropriate content that may they find more valuable than what's on the vanilla page.   I'd be shocked if no one else has presented this idea, but I searched for it in the Community and didn't find that this has been requested.
